With a 1281 square foot floor area, spread over 3 floors, this superb spacious Bournemouth hen party house makes for a fantastic home away from home and the perfect base for your Bournemouth hen weekend. Stags need not worry as stags are also very much welcomed to spend their Bournemouth stag do at the property.
Location
BH3 is a mid terrace property in a cul de sac location in the centre of Bournemouth. Free parking is available for one car directly outside the property, however there is plenty of other roadside parking available in the surrounding streets as well as paid surface carparks nearby. The seven miles of blue flag award winning beaches are a major attraction for Bournemouth hen parties, and this superb hen do house is only a short 10 minute walk from some of the best Beaches Bournemouth has to offer. The nightlife in Bournemouth is very special, with plenty of bars and clubs all over the town offering an eclectic mix of styles and themes that will ensure your group will find the perfect bar to enjoy some bubbles or a cocktail or two The town has plenty of eateries with both national chain brands along with smaller independents that create sumptuous meal for everything from Greek, Indian, Thai, pretty much covering the whole the whole spectrum! A short distance from the property, you’ll find plenty of activities for your stag or hen do to enjoy, with escape rooms, dance classes, cocktail making and nude life drawing all proving very popular. However if you prefer we have a fantastic selection of activities that can take place within the property.
One of the great things about having a property located in the centre of the town is that if you do require any transport to get around or slightly out of town you will have more than enough Beryl zones on your doorstep. Beryls are the public bike, e-bikes and e-scooters you can hire to get around quickly, but more so it’s so much fun!
The House
Bedrooms
This amazing Bournemouth hen party house has five good sized bedrooms. All the bedrooms are spacious with enough storage for any personal belongings, games or any party props and decorations you’d like to bring with you. The clever use of super comfortable pull-out sofa beds ensure your group have plenty of space to enjoy themselves through the daylight hours and plenty of space to sleep comfortably. Good quality bedding and towels are also provided for you to use throughout your stay. The large windows offer a light and airy feel and the carefully presented bedrooms provide a spacious but cosy vibe.

Bedroom 2 - another spacious room with 1 double bed and a comfortable sofa bed
Bedroom 3 - Consists of 2 single beds and 1 double bed
Bedroom 4 - 1 double bed and one sofa bed

Kitchen
The kitchen, as you’d expect for self catering accommodation, comes with all the mod cons you’d need for your weekend, with a kettle, toaster, oven and hob giving you the freedom to enjoy a delicious fry up which are perfect for morning hangovers or for your party to prepare a full on, slap up meal for the group in the evening.
