The Stag and Hen employees, in particular Richard, Naomi and Steve have been amazing during this planning process. The initial date was in June 2020 but we were unable to proceed due to COVID. We moved the event to July 2021. They have been working very hard to provide us with alternative options to ensure we are all happy.Trisha U

True to your word, thank you so much. After the COVID rules were extended this year sadly we had to cancel our Hen house weekend booked with the Stag and Hen Experience. After our first weekend was affected by covid, we decided to move the weekend into 2021. None of us even considered that our wedding and hen weekend would be affected yet again! The couple decided to hold a small wedding under the restrictions this year. We had no choice but to cancel the weekend. The Stag and Hen Team have been amazing throughout and have kept in contact, always gave us our options and have been sympathetic and helpful with any questions or changes we have made and worked with us all the way. I feel so bad after all the hard work you have put in twice for us that we have to get a our weekend refunded, and really appreciate the speed in which you gave us the money back. Sadly we had to cancel the trip and Naomi was able to secure us a refund, even after the trip was cancelled Naomi continued to work with me to ensure my guests got back the correct amount they paid

Very professional and stress free. The Stag and Hen Experience have been so helpful to me and my group over the last few months . I arranged a hen weekend in Brighton which was due to take place in August of this year , Sadly due to social distancing we didn’t want to travel . They have helped me move my weekend over to 2021 , for doing all this extra work they have only asked for an extra £10 per head which my group were all happy to pay. The whole experience while dealing with this company has been completely stress free and for that I am truly grateful. I was looking to book a hotel directly on a non-refundable rate and use the company for events only , if I had done this we would have lost all of our hotel money thankfully I used the Stag and hen experience for a complete package, which meant all of our funds were safe and my booking and was moved to 2021. Cant thank this team enough. Wow such a great service and thank god they are bonded and protected our funds. My husband to be has booked with another agent and they have had no form of communication and it looks like they have gone out of business. I wish they had booked with the Stag and hen Experience as the funds would have been safe. The team have made contact throughout and options to move my booking again from 2021 into 2022 if we wish to do so. I understand the small admin fees the second time round, and balances as I can only imagine how much work is involved in a group booking. The repor built and trust has been outstanding, throughout the whole process and we meant to be travelling in early April 2020. Hats off to the team and how hard this year must have been with so many disappointed Hens and Stags. Cant thank you ALL ENOUGH honestly you have proved you are worthy of the service your sold at the very start and we look forward to travelling with you when the new dates have been put into action. The staff at stag and hen have been brilliant. I made the decision to postpone my hen as I had to postpone my wedding and did not want to take any risks. They have dealt with this for me straight away and it was a smoother process than I expected. Hats off to the team working hard in these difficult times it's not easyLoren S
