This open-plan large, luxury party house with a hot tub is ideal for groups who are planning a weekend that mixes entertaining at the house with hitting the city after dark to dance the night away. The property is set back from the road to give your group some privacy in this quiet suburb of Leeds.
The inside is decorated to a high standard which mixes the modern with a rustic edge. The social space is the real winner here and is big enough to have some serious fun in the house. We have a fantastic range of activities that can take place within the accommodation; some examples include Cheeky Butler Cocktail Masterclass, Nude Life Drawing, Mobile Pamper Treatments, Psychic Hen Nights and a Murder Mystery night complete with real live actors. This cottage is the perfect home base for your weekend.
Location: Headingley & Leeds City Centre
The property is situated in **Headingley**, a popular suburb of Leeds famous for the legendary **Otley Run** bar crawl. It is just a short two-mile cab ride to the vibrant Leeds city centre. The property is set back from the road with plenty of off-road parking on site, meaning arriving couldn’t be easier.
The house is near to the quaint high street area with its healthy selection of both chain and independent restaurants and bars. A couple of worthy mentions include the excellent **Growlers** American style diner with its fantastic menu of cocktails and craft beers. Stags will no doubt appreciate the **BrewDog** nearby, or maybe the quirky **Cats Pyjamas**, whose mix of Indian street food and craft beers makes for an excellent start to the evening.
There are plenty of fantastic bohemian style restaurants and takeaways, so if you’re not planning the short taxi ride into the city to dance the night away both nights, there’s still plenty to do on your doorstep.

The spacious large lounge area comes with a huge corner sofa giving you all the space you need to relax together, chill out and share a drink or two. Alternatively, you may wish to enhance your stay at the cottage and add one or more of the many activities that can take place in the accommodation.
The spacious dining area comes with a large dining table to seat all guests, making it perfect for dinner parties or games.

An elegantly styled large kitchen with high-end fixtures and fittings comes with good high-quality appliances including hob, oven, toaster, microwave, and fridge freezer. All cutlery, crockery, and glassware are included along with everything else you could possibly need or expect in good quality large group accommodation.
