Set in the beautiful countryside of Shropshire near to the Welsh border, The Mouse stag and hen do cottages play the perfect host to groups who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy their stag or hen do in gorgeous rural surroundings. The property consists of four smaller property’s main cottage sleeps 8 in large spacious comfortable and rustic rooms and for larger groups the other smaller but equally well presented and spacious cottages can be used to house the extra guests up to a maximum of 18. These charismatic barn conversions have been superbly reconfigured and converted to give guests an amazing experience and they’re all located surrounding a courtyard allowing even the larger groups to enjoy their time together even if you’re in different cottages. The cottages are ideal for groups who would like some in house entertainment and we have some amazing activities that can come to you at the cottage. Location
The cottages are easy to find and there is plenty of parking on site for multiple vehicles. The village itself has 2 local pubs, one of which serves proper home cooked food, which will appeal to the foodies in your group. The nearby town of Shrewsbury is only 9 miles away from the cottages if you’re planning on a night out on the town to dance the night away. Shrewsbury has a fantastic selection of independent and chain restaurants, bars and nightclubs for you to explore. If the great outdoors is your thing, then being so close to the Welsh border, give you the opportunity to enjoy some fantastic countryside walks. The Cottages
The Mouse - the headline hen and stag cottages has the capacity to sleep 7 and has a sleeping configuration of 2 double rooms, both with ensuite facilities. There is also a family room that sleeps 3 with a double and single bed. The beautiful private deck gives your group the perfect opportunity to take in the scenery, enjoy the weather and for an even bigger treat, why not jump into the hot tub for the perfect way to unwind after a late night!
Bread Cottage – The smaller but equally superb Bread Cottage can sleep four guests with 2 bedrooms. The rooms are, one double that has ensuite facilities and a further twin room. The property also boasts access to its own private garden and also has an amazing hot tub.
Medium Cottage – The smallest of the hen and stag do cottages is the Medium Cottage. This quaint cottage sleeps two guest in it’s spacious double bedroom, the private garden is perfect to soak up some rays in the summer.
Stone Cottage – Last but not least is the Stones Cottage. Sleeping 4 this charismatic cottage benefits from it’s own private garden and a hot tub ensuring your group have the best stag and hen experience possible. The room types consist of one double room and a further twin room.
