Enchanting 5-Bedroom House Near Bournemouth
This enchanting home is situated an easy twenty-minute walk from action-packed Bournemouth town. Sleeping up to 15 guests, this entire house will be your private Bournemouth hen accommodation. The stylish deco is simple and modern, and the interior is bright and inviting from the moment you step into the entranceway.
Vibrant Charminster is right on your doorstep, just a five-minute walk away. The house is easy to find with ample private parking and street parking. Clean and spacious with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, this house will be your home from home without ever feeling cramped. There is a quaint courtyard outside to complete the homely feel.
Location: Charminster & Bournemouth Town
This lovely house is in a quiet residential area, but have no fear; bustling Bournemouth or lively Charminster are not far away. Charminster has an eclectic mix of bars, escape rooms, and restaurants to suit all kinds of tastes and budgets with BYO alcohol options too.
Bournemouth town itself is a twenty-minute walk away or even closer by taxi or Uber (a good choice when returning in the early hours!). Bournemouth is home to an almost endless list of options for hen do activities! Jet skis, wine tasting, crazy golf, spa days, cocktail making, and boat rides are just some of the possibilities.
The BH2 Complex is a newly built social and entertainment hub based a stone’s throw from the beach and contains many eateries from Miller & Carter to Pizza Express. There is also an Odeon cinema and mini golf if you have a few hours to spare.
Spacious Living Areas for Activities
With two large lounges, this house really lends itself to a whole list of in-house hen activities. Murder mysteries are a great ice breaker, accompanied by Cheeky Butlers to pour your drinks. Crafts like perfume, soap, or bath bomb making are great daytime activities, as is wine tasting.
There are two bathrooms upstairs (with good water pressure!) and one more bathroom on the ground floor for your convenience. All bed linen, towels, and soap are supplied, and there is WiFi throughout the house. The dining area boasts a large table to seat all house inhabitants, and the kitchen is large and airy with a cream and rustic wooden colour scheme.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is towards the back of the house and its size provides the perfect opportunity to have a personal chef take care of the cooking for you. The huge dining table just to the side is beautifully carved out of reclaimed wood, adding character to the space. It provides ample seating and sets the stage for delightful dinner time discussions.
This expansive kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare a delicious meal. A very large fridge/freezer sits in the corner, along with a kettle, hob, oven, toaster, and dishwasher. There are supermarkets close by such as Tesco Express and even an ASDA superstore just a little further out.
5 Bedrooms (Sleeps 15)
There are five lovely sized rooms which sleep a total of 15 people in separate beds (plus a sofa bed in the lounge), which is fantastic if you have a group who prefer not to share double beds. The configuration is as follows:

Bedroom 2 - Another spacious room with 4 single beds
Bedroom 3 - Consists of 3 single beds
Bedroom 4 – 2 single beds
Bedroom 5 – Consists of 3 single beds

Private Garden & Outdoor Area
Out the back of the house through the kitchen, you will find a charming little private garden complete with a picnic bench and shade from trees. It is big enough to gather outside should the weather lend itself to warm evenings, and certainly roomy enough to rent a hot tub for the space should you choose to add one for your Bournemouth hen weekend.
