It’s just a twenty minute walk to the races, and also just a ten minute walk to the city centre – so no matter which part of Chester you are heading to, the Chester 15 is perfectly located for it to be the base of all your operations.

KITCHEN AND DINING

Location alone doesn’t make a good stag or hen do house, but one thing that is always essential is a great kitchen. After all, no matter how comfy the sofas are, or how big the TV is, there will come a point in the evening where the kitchen is the place where everyone has inexplicably gathered to enjoy a glass of wine, a beer, or something stronger, and chat about how to put the world to rights – and you can only do that if the kitchen is welcoming, a decent size, and somewhere you all want to be.

Luckily, the kitchen at Chester 15 is perfect for socialising, as well as cooking, making drinks or anything else that you might need to do in the kitchen of your stag or hen do. The open plan area also has a large dining table, giving you all the chance to sit together and enjoy whatever you are eating, without half of you having to be relegated to a sofa or an awkward, uncomfortable extra chair.

BEDROOMS

As I have already mentioned, the Chester 15 can sleep anywhere up to fifteen people (the clue is in the name). But for all of you who are thinking “but how are the rooms set up?” this section of the article is for you. There are a total of five bedrooms, with the beds set up as follows:

BEDROOM 1 (Sleeps 3) – One double bed, one large single sofa bed and an en-suite shower room

BEDROOM 2 (Sleeps 4) – One double bed, one double sofa bed and an en-suite shower room

BEDROOM 3 (Sleeps 2) – One double bed and an en-suite shower room

BEDROOM 4 (Sleeps 3) – One double bed, one single day bed and an en-suite shower room

BEDROOM 5 (Sleeps 3) – One four foot double bed, one large single sofa bed and an en-suite shower room

BATHROOMS

As you’ll have seen already from the breakdown above, each room has its own en-suite, ensuring that you shouldn’t have to spend much time queuing for a shower in the morning, since you’ve got five different bathrooms to utilise at any one time.

ADDITIONAL ROOMS

At the end of the open plan kitchen and dining area is the open plan lounge, which contains two massive L shaped sofas, a coffee table (that works just as well for beer or wine as it does for coffee), and a TV on the wall for you to watch, put music on or just ignore while you all chat away! But that’s not the only communal space – as well as this, there are a couple of themed areas. One is a getting ready station, with three chairs complete with lit mirrors so that you can all sit and chat together as you do your hair or makeup and get ready for your night out, and the other is a gorgeous flower wall with mirror in front. This is perfect for getting ready, but also just brilliant for taking some of the best photos of you and the group you’ll ever get – and the flower wall makes them look so perfect. Whether these are just for your own memories, to be shown off at the wedding or to be plastered all over your insta, this is just one of the many lovely touches that the Chester 15 provides.
