A short drive from Ipswich town centre sees you arrive at the property and it’s a real eye-opener from the moment you arrive. Meadowbrook Farm offers your group fantastic social space both inside and outside of the house. Sleeping groups of up to 28 guests, Meadowbrook Farm is perfect for larger Hen Dos but is also ideal for large mixed groups like the ever-popular "Sten dos" (joint stag and hen). If you’re looking for a rural retreat with easy access to a major town to party the night away, look no further.

This house is amazing, but the location is equally important. With such a large group of 28 people, there tends to be a mix of personalities. Meadowbrook Farm is a little over 12 miles from the vibrant and bustling town of **Ipswich**, giving you the best of both worlds.
For groups wanting some activities, there’s plenty to do in the nearby area. Ipswich has a fantastic selection of hen do activities that the entire group can enjoy, including Escape Rooms, Bottomless Brunch, or the hilarious Cocktail Masterclass.
Thanks to the immense amount of space Meadowbrook Farm has to offer, you don’t have to go far to enjoy yourselves. We have some amazing activities that actually come to the house! Some of our most popular in-house activities include a **Murder Mystery Evening**, a spooky Psychic Hen Night, or why not try your hand at a ‘crafternoon’?
Farmhouse Kitchen & Dining
The huge kitchen area is perfect for your hen do to whip up a delicious meal, be that breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The kitchen area is large enough to keep everything social so the designated chef isn’t on their own. There is a large island with some seating to enjoy a beer or bottle of bubbles. It comes equipped with all the utensils, white goods, and cutlery you could need. It’s also ideal for one of our **Private Chefs** to come in and whip your group up a scrummy meal.
The dining area has a table that fits up to 24 guests so your group can enjoy mealtimes together. There is a classic log burner for those winter evenings and its exposed timber roof beams really add character to the room.
Social Living Room
The Lounge area has a large open fire and sofas for your group to lounge around on. It has a smart TV so you’ll never miss the latest episode of your favourite show.
9 Spacious Bedrooms
There are 9 spacious bedrooms at Meadowbrook Farm, 2 of which come with en-suite facilities. There is furniture to store your belongings, and their size guarantees you have enough space to be comfortable and get a good night's rest. All bed linen and towels are provided.
6 Acres of Grounds & Tennis Court
The stunning grounds should be described as ‘the grounds’ rather than simply a garden. The Property sits on a generous 6-acre site and is well maintained throughout. There is plenty of garden furniture for your group to laze around in the summer sun and BBQ facilities are available if you fancy doing some grilling.
Also in the grounds, you’ll find **Tennis Courts** if you’re feeling active!
Conservatory Games Room & Hot Tub
The Conservatory doubles up as a **Games Room** and has a full-sized **Pool Table** along with a selection of board games as well as a Bluetooth speaker. There’s a door leading out into the impressive grounds and the all-important **Hot Tub** for the ultimate relaxation.
