INTRO

The beach and pier are right on your doorstep, as is the main hub of Brighton. The property itself comprises of two floors and enough beds to sleep 12 weary heads for the duration of your stay.
In stylish monochrome colour, the ground floor unfolds with an open plan living and dining room. There is a large sofa which opens into a double bed and a beautiful large table to seat ten guests. There is a simple but elegant kitchen; fully functional with everything you need to cook up a storm. A private toilet facility is also on this floor for your convenience. The first floor has the four bedrooms and two bathrooms; all connected by a cosy grey pile carpet that feels soft underfoot when you pad to the bathroom in the morning.
LOCATION
The Monochrome is a fantastic location for discovering what Brighton has to offer. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the town and all the usual shops and cafes you would want for the weekend. Bars offer cocktail making or wine tasting for your daytime activities, or why not start the weekend off with an afternoon tea with bubbles. Certainly, you must ensure your party experience the local fish and chips at some point over your stay. Brighton pier and beach is a stone’s throw from your accommodation. There is a reason Brighton is such a popular seaside resort, with restaurants and cafes all along the sea front, you will never tire of the view!
INSIDE
Met with pristine décor in a beautiful matte gold edging on light fixings and mirrors, you will be delighted as you enter this hen party accommodation. There is an exquisite glass top dining table tucked to the corner of the room which screams sophistication and will enable you to enjoy the many breakfasts or dinners you have planned in luxurious comfort. Green plants decorate on shelves for the right splash of colour, adding contrast to each room. Minimalist art adorns the walls of the bedrooms and you can imagine sinking into the large sofa in the living room at the end of the night, kicking off your shoes and hugging a mug of cocoa. The bathrooms continue the same minimalistic design with beautiful tiles throughout. Electric heated towel rails will ensure your towels will always give you a warm hug as you step out from your shower, before getting organised for the night ahead. The bedrooms contain plenty of storage opportunities for your clothing, and there are mirrors throughout to ensure no one has to wait to get ready for the hen stay activities.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is easy to navigate and includes a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Also, on the worktop there is a toaster and kettle. A granite effect worktop stretches across all the appliances with plenty of room for slicing and chopping. Cupboards above give storage space and contain all the plates, cups, glasses and cookware that you will need throughout your stay. Being central to the main hub of Brighton, it will always be easy to keep your fridge and cupboards fully stocked for your stay with visits to nearby shops.
DINING and LIVING AREA
Eyes are drawn immediately to the gorgeous table and seating area for meals or early evening nibbles and bubbles. Having the table here works really well with the open plan space, with the inviting sofa on the other side of the room. Green plants bring warmth and colour to the décor and make the space a charming home from home.

The luxurious monochrome theme runs through flawlessly to the bedrooms.

The main bathroom on the first floor is accessible to all and includes a standalone shower and a bath for anyone wanting to relax into a world of candlelit bubbles in readiness for the day or night ahead.
