Booking info: We are offering two New Forest Hen Do houses sleeping up to 23 guests in 10 bedrooms and a glamping hut and 7 bathrooms split across both properties, located near to Fordingbridge and direct access into the forest. Only a small deposit is required to secure this accommodation with the final balance being due 12 weeks before travel. A fully refundable security deposit will be required before travel. Check in: 4pm and Check out: 10am

Combined Party Houses in the New Forest
If you’re looking to get away from town and city life and enjoy your hen do in peaceful countryside surroundings, look no further than The Paddocks. The New Forest is a picturesque part of the country found on the South Coast between Southampton and Bournemouth.
Driving through the forest is a real treat and on your way to the accommodation you’ll no doubt see some of the many New Forest Ponies grazing. However, the real fun starts when you arrive at The Paddocks. This superb party house combines two properties, **The Paddock One** and **The Paddock Two**, to create one big social space that will ensure your group enjoy every bit of luxury.
Both properties are self-contained and can sleep **twenty-three guests** in total. The grounds are private with a secure entrance and lots of parking is available. The New Forest is literally on your doorstep and plenty of amenities aren’t far away if you need them.
Location: Near Fordingbridge
Nestled in an idyllic and peaceful little hamlet close to the market town of **Fordingbridge**, this stunning accommodation is easy to find. The peace and serenity of the area hit you the minute you arrive. Stunning views of the New Forest surround you and you only have to take one step outside the front door for breath-taking views.
**Fordingbridge** is the nearest town and is a short drive away. The bustling town of **Ringwood** is also only ten minutes away. **Salisbury**, a historical cathedral city with a rich culture and shopping scene, is about a twenty-minute drive.
Paddock One: Hot Tub & Games Room
Paddock One is a beautiful large country house with a large lounge full of cream walls and enchanting log burner. A dining area seats at least 11 guests when extended and the fully functional kitchen has integrated appliances.
A conservatory sits at the back of the house and is just perfect for lounging around morning or evening. The outside patio area has two large areas for seating around the BBQ and includes a gorgeous **Hot Tub**. There is also a **Games Room** with table tennis and table football here.
Paddock Two: Rustic Charm & Gazebo
The Paddock Two Cottage welcomes you in a stunning array of colours. This accommodation also has a large lounge room with low traditional farmhouse beams and a visible flue taking centrepiece up the wall. The dining room has a great long table and much of the other furniture scattered around is all hand crafted from wood.
The garden area has further seating and tables for all the guests. The **Hot Tub** sits beautifully under a gazebo with attractive lighting all around.
Fully Equipped Kitchens
These stunning light spaces have everything you need for cooking up an absolute storm for your guests. In both kitchens, there is a fridge you can keep fully stocked and all the crockery, plates, pans, and glassware you will need for your stay. There are also the usual kettles, microwaves, and toasters all sat for easy access on the kitchen worktop. The induction hobs and ovens are ready for delicious meals to be prepared by yourselves or why not hire a **Private Chef** when there are so many of you!

Garden Areas & Hot Tubs
Both properties have **Hot Tubs**, chairs, tables, and seating for more than enough guests. There is a large expanse of garden to play or compete in, and delightful BBQ patio areas that you will be sure to enjoy when you spend your time here.
