Luxury Scottish Party House with Pool & Sauna
If you’re looking for a Scottish hen do that truly ‘gets away from it all’, this Scottish party house is for you. This luxuriously furnished Scottish homestead is located in the heart of Scotland at Argyll’s ‘Secret Coast’. Just north of Loch Riddon, The Jack can be reached by car (and ferry) and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and rolling Scottish Highlands.
There is ample parking and the property is extravagantly furnished to the very highest standard. Both hen and stag dos will no doubt want to take advantage of the Sauna and Hot Tub, which are great to help you pep up after a long journey. There is also a games room, which is shared with the two other party houses on site, The Queen and The King. Despite being so rural, you won’t be short of things to enjoy on your weekend. There are also twenty acres of land to be discovered by walking, trekking, biking, or running.
Location: Argyll’s Secret Coast
The views and countryside are spectacular. If you have time, do head out and visit local settlements. Step back in time at The Colintraive Heritage Centre and discover the story of the village. There are pleasant walks along the shore of the Kyles of Bute, great for walkers and cyclists.
This impressive and comfortable party house is just under two hours by car from Glasgow. Alternatively, you can catch the Gourock to Dunoon ferry. It is the idyllic place to base yourself to see what the Hebrides scenery has to offer. Argyll and the surrounding Isles is one of the best places in Scotland to see iconic wildlife including golden eagles, red deer, and otters.
Marble Flooring & Underfloor Heating
On entry, the ground floor opens up into the main living space with beautiful, original exposed brick walls which feature in the kitchen and living areas. They are a stunning contrast to the Travertine marble flooring which adds a natural beauty to this accommodation.
There are separate kitchen, living, TV room, and dining spaces, so plenty of areas for gatherings. But as we all know, a party will often congregate in the kitchen, and the kitchen in this fabulous farmhouse can certainly accommodate. Plus, with underfloor heating all the way through the ground and first floors, you won’t be worried about being cold.
From the main living space on the ground floor, there is a doorway through to the kitchen to the left, and to the right is an enclosed playroom / TV room where there are some extra beds available should they be required. There is also a further dining room with a beautiful French polished oak dining table surrounded by bench seating. The private sauna is also on the ground floor with nearby shower and toilet access.
Granite Kitchen & Dining
The doorway into the kitchen is an impressive original exposed stone arch. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up delicious three-course meals for your party. If no one wants to cook, why not hire a Private Chef for the weekend to make sure no one has to lift a finger?
There is an American-style fridge freezer with ice maker you can keep fully stocked and all the crockery, plates, pans, and glassware you will need. A beautiful Belfast sink sits in the black granite countertop and a French polished extendable island unit sits in one corner with bar stools surrounding.

All main bedrooms have their own handwash basins in the room and have top-quality mattresses and bed linen. Plenty of hanging space is available, and the woodland and mountain views from the windows are spectacular.

Hot Tub & Heated Outdoor Pool
As you would expect for a Scottish property in the Hebrides, the grounds surrounding this party house are beautiful. At night-time, the Hot Tub on the terrace gives an uninterrupted vista of starlit skies.
There is an **Outdoor Heated Pool** available for an hour a day for your party, and a football pitch within the twenty acres that are available for roaming. You will find there is zero light pollution once the sun sets, so make sure you check out that sky!
