Luxury Scottish Manor on Argyll’s Secret Coast
If you’re looking for a Scottish hen do that truly ‘gets away from it all’, this Scottish party house is for you. This luxuriously furnished Scottish manor is located in the heart of Scotland at Argyll’s ‘Secret Coast’, just north of Loch Riddon.
The Queen Party House can be reached by car and/or ferry and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and rolling Scottish highlands. There is ample parking and the property is luxuriously furnished with antiques and trimmings fit for a Queen!
There are acres of land to be discovered by walking, running, or cycling. If you're inclined for a night walk up here you'll find no light pollution, giving you the perfect view of the night sky (and yes, there is an outdoor Hot Tub to lean back and watch for shooting stars).
Location: 2 Hours from Glasgow
The views and countryside are spectacular. If you have time, do head out and visit local settlements. Step back in time at The Colintraive Heritage Centre and discover the story of the village. There are pleasant walks along the shore of the Kyles of Bute, great for walkers and cyclists.
This impressive party house accommodation is just under two hours by car from **Glasgow**, making it the idyllic place if you want to surround yourself with nature and not too many people who can disturb you.
Grand Interiors & Drawing Room
On entry, there are two cloakrooms and a utility room. The **Grand Drawing Room** with accompanying log fire is absolutely stunning. One step inside this impressive space and you will feel taken back into history. High ceilings and hand-crafted mirrors are complimented by deep reds, creams, and whites in the soft furnishings.
Shelving is framed next to the fireplace keeping many books for your enjoyment as a library. There are also board games and jigsaws all for your enjoyment. Or perhaps, a real-life version of Cluedo is on the cards!
Dining Hall & Billiard Room
The dining room (correction – **Dining Hall**) features a long wooden table to seat 24 and leads into a TV room with Sky TV.
The property features a **Billiard Room** with a football table, air hockey, darts, and comfortable seating to the side. A playroom contains another TV with Sky. On the first floor, there is even a **Sauna** to seat ten people!
Farmhouse Kitchen with Aga
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up delicious three-course meals for your party. If no one wants to cook, why not hire in a **Private Chef** for the weekend to make sure no one has to lift a finger?
There is a huge American-style fridge freezer with ice maker, a dishwasher, and a microwave. There is also a coffee machine to make sure everyone gets their morning hit of caffeine and a four-oven Aga taking pride of place along one side. There is also a breakfast room which seats fourteen and has a door that leads out to the terrace and garden.
9 Spacious Bedrooms
There are nine spacious bedrooms with the following configuration. All bed linen is provided, and each bedroom has its own unique name, named after an island in the Hebrides of Scotland.
Bedroom 1 & 2: Super king OR 2 x singles with basin.
Bedroom 3 & 4: Super king OR 2 x singles plus en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 5: Double with basin.
Bedroom 6: Super king OR 2 x singles plus single bed plus en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 7: Super king OR 2 x singles with basin.
Bedroom 8: King size bed with en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 9: Super king OR 2 x singles plus bunk beds and two further single beds.

Hot Tub & Heated Outdoor Pool
As you would expect for a Scottish property in the Hebrides, the grounds surrounding this party house are beautiful. At night-time, the **Hot Tub** on the terrace gives an uninterrupted vista of starlit skies.
There is an **Outdoor Heated Pool** available for an hour a day for your party, and a football pitch within the twenty acres that are available for roaming.
