LOCATION

The Rose party house acts as a great headquarters to base yourself, in order to discover the stunning walled cathedral city of Chester. It is known for its architecture and archaeological treasures preserved from Roman times. It houses the racecourse known for Chester Races; the oldest functioning racecourse in the world and is also home to Chester Zoo and the Blue Plant Aquarium plus many other amazing stag and hen do activities that will keep your celebration entertained for the weekend.

Everything is within walking distance; Grosvenor Shopping Centre included for all your shopping or eating requirements. There is the River Dee just a stone’s throw from your stag and hen party accommodation where you can hire a boat to journey along the river. There’s so much to do and explore and that’s before you even make a start on the hen do or stag weekend activities that are available to you. Get into some cocktail making, or Gin tasting at one of the bars. Dance classes or bath bomb creation are all available too. Whatever you want to do, its probably possible here in Chester! INSIDE

When you first walk in, you will be blown away by the elegantly designed modern living area. The Steel Blue and White décor is repeated throughout with attractive black patterns blended into the soft furnishings. Simple and unpretentious, the walls are adorned with colour coordinated shelving and beautifully sophisticated mirrors, along with effective lighting and impressive long, black dining table. This Chester Party house lends itself perfectly to a night full of party games or Prosecco Pong and Karaoke!

With space like this why not arrange some nude life drawing (model and teacher can of course be supplied!), Body Painting, or simply dance and sing the night away into the early hours!

KITCHEN

There are two kitchens in this beautiful Chester Party House, both set with marble worktop stations which look pristine with the backdrop of green plants dotted along the top of the cupboards. You won’t be able to help but feel serene as you chop and slice to your heart’s content.

The larger kitchen on the third floor (the ‘penthouse’) is fully equipped with everything you will need for your weekend. It will be easily enough to stock up on supplies being so central to shops in Chester, so no excuse not to make sure you can start the day with bacon sandwiches all round. There is a huge fridge freezer you can keep fully stocked with soft drinks or bubbles and all the crockery, plates, pans and glassware you will need for your stay. There is a kettle, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave all positioned to make this space user friendly in its faultless calming design. This kitchen opens up perfectly to the dining area which makes it a great opportunity to hire a personal chef to cook you up a treat and Cheeky Butlers to serve and keep you topped up while you can prioritise the hen’s entertainment for the weekend!

The 2^nd floor kitchen is also fully functional and has a huge window in the centre of the outside wall which gives a magnificent view of Chester Cathedral.

BEDROOMS

There are multiple bedrooms and restrooms on each floor of this hen party palace! Each bedroom continues the steel blue and white décor and the uncomplicated art and trendy pictures on the wall really give them a sense of class and glamour. A mixture of sofa beds, bunk beds, double beds and private rooms ensure everyone in your party has somewhere to lay their head at the end of the night (or the start of the morning!) Towels and essentials are available for every guest for your complete comfort. Lots of thought has gone into the delightful colour scheme of the living areas and pristine bathrooms, why head out to a spa when you can arrange for the spa and treatments to come to you?

OUTSIDE

Last and certainly not least, another impressive feature of this wonderful property is the stunning outdoor space. The balcony on the penthouse level has magnificent views of the city and Cathedral, and on the first floor, a gorgeous veranda overlooks the throbbing vibe of restaurants and bars. It is here you will find the hot tub for your exclusive use during your stay. With a wall full of plants on one side and exquisite lighting surrounding this fabulous space, it will be easy to get into the party mood. There is also a seating area to the side of the veranda space where you can perfectly picture nibbles and pre dinner drinks while you all chat and laugh into the evening before hitting the town’s promising bars and clubs.
