This Charismatic city centre townhouse is spread over 3 floors, which, you would expect with a traditional style townhouse. Inside this hen party house you’ll be greeted my a stylish, trendy and modern interior which has been modelled and designed with smaller groups of 8 in mind.

Location

This hen party house has a rare selling point and one that makes it popular with our groups that are having their hen do in Brighton and that is because it comes with free parking for 1 car which is perfect because you don’t have to worry about finding a space in Brighton city centre. If you are taking more than one car there are a couple of car parks nearby and paid street parking is available. We always recommend that of you see a space grab it because there is a chance you could end up queueing to get into some of the car parks around.

The house itself is in the perfect location for those groups who want to take advantage of Brighton’s vibrant lifestyle. Shopping and lunching during the day and partying hard after dark and plenty of hen do activities in between. Shopping opportunities in Brighton shouldn’t be overlooked with independent retailers being all over the city as well as your more typical high street brands traditionally found in the high street. For something a little more bohemian, we highly recommend planning a visit to The famous Lanes Market, where, within it’s mazy cobbled streets, we’re sure you’ll be able to pick up an unexpected bargain or two.

The property is very close to the beach and Brighton’s famous Palace Pier, were all it’s eateries, bar and amusements are worth exploring.

After dark you’ll find yourselves within walking distance of an array of chain and independent restaurants and bars offering every style of cuisine from the Argentinian steakhouse, Banqueano, Turkish cuisine from Ephesus and Halisco offering a taste of Mexico all being really close to the accommodation and being rated highly by locals and visitors alike.

Bedroom 1 – 2 singles (or a double if you prefer) sleeps 2.

Bedroom 2 – Spacious bedroom two can sleep four in two singles and a bunk and still manages to give you a very comfortable sleeping experience.

Bedroom 3 – is on the top floor and sleeps 2 people in Zip link beds that can come as two singles or one double bed if you prefer. It also has a fantastic dressing area with a couple of mirrors to help you get ready for any big night out

Lounge

The colourful lounge area has two sofas and a smart tv.

Bathroom

There is toilet facilities on the first floor for convenience so you’re not having to run upstairs to spend a penny.

The main bathroom is on the first floor and has a bath as well as a shower attachment

Kitchen

Good size kitchen which leads out to the patio area. The Kitchen area itself is bright with lots of natural light, thanks to the conservatory style roof and has all the amenities that a group seeking a short term hen party house rental could possible want with good quality appliances and all cutlery, crockery and glassware for you to use throughout your weekends stay in Brighton.
