It’s an exceptionally popular destination, and the reason? Apart from the beauty of the area, its proximity to **Bath** and **Bristol** brings vibrant nightlife and a wealth of activities within easy reach.

The Cotswolds Oasis Party House is a fine example of top quality, spacious group accommodation. Sleeping groups of up to **30 guests**, Cotswolds Oasis is perfect for larger Hen Dos but is also ideal for large mixed groups like the ever-popular "Sten Dos" (joint stag and hen).

The Cotswolds Oasis location couldn’t be much better. Not only are you overlooking an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, but your proximity to the cities of Bath (16 miles) and Bristol (16 miles) really gives your group the best of both worlds.
The Party House itself is very close (think feet rather than metres) to a fantastic **Traditional Country Pub**, a perfect venue to make your ‘local’ for the weekend.
For the adventurous, there is an expansive list of activities within easy reach, with Rage Buggies, Clay Pigeon Shooting, and Escape Rooms being immensely popular. For a calmer day out, the famous **Badminton Estate** (a filming location for *Bridgerton* and *The Gentlemen*) is only a 10-minute drive away.
South-Facing Garden & Hot Tub
The outside area of the Cotswold Oasis is a fantastic space to chill out and bask in the summer sun. With its south-facing orientation, it’s perfect for those summer days.
The large **Pergola** has a number of traditional pub-style benches and table combos, and there is also a state-of-the-art **Hot Tub** to chillax in. The large grass area is another great place to relax and maybe enjoy any lawn games you’ve brought with you.
Social Lounge & Cocktail Bar
The Lounge area has a feature open fireplace and a wall-mounted TV so you’ll never miss an episode of your favourite show.
The Dining area has plenty of seating for everyone in your group and is perfect for enjoying some delicious meals, whether prepared by your group or by a **Private Chef**. The dining area also has a little **Cocktail Bar** area if you wish to use one of our Butlers in the Buff to serve you your dinner! There is also a full-sized **Pool Table** if your group fancies getting competitive.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The large kitchen area comes fully stocked and has a useful island in the middle. Good quality white goods include two double ovens, kettles, toasters, and a large American-style fridge freezer to keep your supplies fresh and your beers and wine cold. There’s also a separate **Wine Fridge**!
