With a long, stylish table that has enough space to seat all sixteen of you, it means you can all eat together without anyone having to pull up a separate chair or hover around eating on their lap.
BEDROOMS
As mentioned, the property is able to sleep sixteen people across six bedrooms, with a variety of bed types ensuring that everyone will be able to find the best room for them. The breakdown is as follows:
BEDROOM 1 – Two single beds and a sofa bed (sleeps three)
BEDROOM 2 – Two single beds (sleeps two)
BEDROOM 3 – The rarest thing in any hen house – a room with one single bed (Sleeps one). Perfect for that member of the hen party who requires a little more privacy
BEDROOM 4 – Two single beds (Sleeps two)
BEDROOM 5 – Three single beds (Sleeps three)
BEDROOM 6 - Three single beds (Sleeps three)
And, for those of you who were counting up and have realised we are still two beds short, the last two beds are sofa beds in the lounge as well, bringing us up to a total of sixteen.
BATHROOMS
A suitable amount of bathroom space is also a must for any hen house, as the last thing you want to do is to be queuing for a shower or a mirror when everyone’s together and all trying to get ready. Not a problem here at Irwell Villa, as there are five full bathrooms (with a mix of showers and baths amongst them), and two other cloakrooms in the property as well, ensuring that no-one’s going to have to wait very long, if at all.
ADDITIONAL ROOMS
The property has a gorgeously stunning, air conditioned, living room with integrated TV, comfortable seating and everything else you could possibly imagine. It’s a perfect room for you and the girls to sit in with a glass of prosecco and put the world to rights. But that’s not the only communal space, as there are doors from the living room that lead you to one of the highlights of the Irwell Villa, the Spa & Bar.
Yes, that’s right, this property has a bar on site, complete with stools, instant hot water and everything else you could possibly need, all in the same room as the indoor hot tub. Relaxing in the hot tub and need a refill? It’s literally ten steps to get to the bar, re-fill your glass and hop back into the warm, bubbly tub, the most decadent of all relaxation techniques. Both this and the living room have a smart sound system and smart lighting, so you can control everything from your phone, which is always convenient – just don’t drop it in the hot tub!
OUTSIDE
Given that the Irwell Villa is located so close to the centre of Manchester, you probably assumed that outside space would be minimal or non-existent, am I right? This villa has not one but TWO outside spaces – a patio where you can BBQ if the English weather decides it’s going to let you or just eat breakfast outside in the early morning sun, and a Balcony that overlooks the nearby river and has plenty of seating for you and the girls to enjoy the views while you enjoy your booze.
