Located on the first floor of a purpose-built block in a quiet road, it gives your stag or hen do the perfect blend of being within walking distance to the vibrant Brighton city centre but quiet enough that you don’t feel crowded or have noise 24/7. With a modern and trendy look throughout, this apartment acts as the perfect base for your weekend away.
Location: Near Pier & Kemptown Nightlife
The apartment is situated in a quiet road in the vibrant part of Brighton called Kemptown and is a very short walk to Brighton’s famous pier and beaches. There are many bohemian and national chain restaurants, bars, and clubs throughout the city and nowhere is this more evident than the Kemptown area. Some of our favourites nearby include The Witchez restaurant and La Capannina to mention just a few.
There are loads of things to see and do in Brighton on your weekend with Horse Racing, Bottomless Brunches, Whiskey Tasting, Bar Crawls, Bubble Mayhen and dance classes all on your doorstep. The open plan lounge is perfect for smaller groups with enough comfortable seating for all attendees. There’s a 40-inch smart TV with Netflix access so you don’t have to miss the latest episode of whatever series you’re binging at home!
The dining area is perfect for guests to eat together if you’re not planning to visit any of the many restaurants in the city that day. With enough seating, cutlery, and crockery for everyone, it’s the perfect self-catering opportunity or space to play any games you have planned.
Flexible Sleeping Arrangements
This accommodation has 2 comfortable, bright and airy bedrooms. All linens and towels are provided.
Bedroom 1: Features a double zip link bed which can either be a double or converted into two singles.
Bedroom 2: Another spacious room with a double and single bunk configuration.
Lounge: Both sofas pull out to give extra sleeping space (a double sofa bed and a further single chair bed).
Modern Bathrooms
The property comes with two bathrooms, which is fantastic when it comes to getting ready as it minimizes waiting around. The bride-to-be or groom may wish to take bedroom one with its spacious en-suite bathroom which comes complete with a bath. The main bathroom has a bath and over-bath shower. Both are decorated in a lovely monochrome, floor-to-ceiling tiled theme to keep in touch with the property's modern vibe.
