Paddocks New Forest

INTRO

If you’re looking to get away from town and city life and enjoy your hen do in peaceful countryside surroundings look no further than The Paddocks stag and hen New Forest accommodation. The New forest is a picturesque part of the country and is found on the South Coast between Southampton and Bournemouth. The New Forest has always played a big part in history, so why not make it part of yours. Driving through the forest is a real treat and on your way to the accommodation you’ll no doubt see some of the many New Forest Ponies grazing meaning even your journey there will be enjoyable. However the real fun starts when you arrive at The Paddocks, this superb stag and hen party house combines two properties, The Paddock One and The Paddock Two, that combine to create one big stag and hen social space that will ensure you group enjoy every bit of luxury The Paddocks can provide.. Both properties are self-contained and can sleep twenty-three guests in total and for smaller groups, the good news is that each of the Paddocks can be rented separately. The grounds are private with secure entrance and lots of parking is available. The New Forest is literally on your doorstep and plenty of amenities aren’t far away if you need them.

LOCATION

Nestled in a idyllic and peaceful little hamlet close to the market town of Fordingbridge, this stunning stag and hen party accommodation is easy to find by car, so getting here will be a doddle. The peace and serenity of the area hits you the minute you arrive. Stunning views of the New Forest surround you and you only have to take one step outside the front door for breath-taking views of this tranquil and historically significant part of the country. Nature walks and cycle routes are waiting for you to discover them. Anyone who loves being in nature will absolutely love this destination; all kinds of wildlife can be spotted in the New Forest; birds; grazing deer; roaming horses and donkeys; even wild pigs! You may even spot yourself a New Forest pony or two, just always keep your eyes open and enjoy what nature has to offer. Any horse lovers specifically would appreciate that there is a two-acre horse paddock linked to the country house and stables for up to two horses. For fishing enthusiasts there is private fishing available on a nearby lake. Fordingbridge is the nearest town and is a short drive away. There are supermarkets and other shops here such as Tesco express and a couple of coffeehouses, craft shops and a gelato bar. The bustling town of Ringwood is also only ten minutes away with more food and supermarket choices. Salisbury is a historical cathedral city with a rich culture and shopping scene and about a twenty-minute drive from Fordingbridge. There is so much to do here, and the high street is an abundance of shops, quirky restaurants and trendy bars. Well worth a visit if you have enough time here.

INSIDE

These two properties are finished to the highest standard; Paddock One is a beautiful large country house with a large lounge full of cream walls and carpets and eye-catching woodland prints hung on the walls. An enchanting log burner sits under a large mirror adorning the wall spanning the length of the room. A dining area seats at least 11 guests when extended and the fully functional kitchen has integrated appliances and everything else you might need to serve up delicious mouth-watering dishes to your guests. A conservatory sits at the back of the house and is just perfect for lounging around morning or evening. The comfy rattan furniture beckons attention in a room that catches the sun all day, so curl up and read or play games or serve up an afternoon tea to your guests. Time spent here will be enjoyable as you lead into the evening and break open the nibbles and more bubbles to get the night started. The outside patio area has two large areas for seating around the BBQ and includes the gorgeous hot tub. There is also a games room with table tennis and table football here.

The Paddock Two Cottage welcomes you in a stunning array of colours from the beautiful trees which adorn the pathway up to the front door. Again, this accommodation also has a large lounge room with low traditional farmhouse beams and a visible flue taking centrepiece up the wall. Eye-catching woodland prints are also hanging from the walls and really compliment the wood effect flooring throughout. The dining room has a great long table and much of the other furniture scattered around is all hand crafted from wood. A gorgeous dresser occupies one side and wide mirrors adorn the wall. The doors are also made from wood and again the beautiful contrast against the soft furnishings is replicated here for a modern style that oozes sophistication. The cottage also has a fully functional kitchen with all the mod cons. Perhaps a bake off for breakfast between the two houses would make for a perfect morning activity! The garden area has further seating and tables for all the guests. The hot tub sits beautifully under a gazebo with attractive lighting all around.

The Kitchens

This stunning light spaces have everything you need for cooking up an absolute storm for your guests. In both there is a fridge you can keep fully stocked and all the crockery, plates, pans and glassware you will need for your stay. There are also the usual kettles, microwaves, toasters all sat for easy access on the kitchen worktop. The induction hobs and ovens are ready for delicious meals to be prepared by yourselves or why not hire a hired chef when there are so many of you!

There are in total ten bedrooms with the following typical configuration.

Paddock 1 Cottage:

1 x Master Double with sleigh bed

1 x double bed with TV

1 x bunk beds

1 x twin bedroom plus ensuite with shower

1 x double bedroom with wet room and TV

Paddock 2:

1 x double bed

1 x King plus ensuite

1 x King + 1 x single bed

1 x twin bedroom plus ensuite and TV

1 x twin bedroom with TV

Fresh, crisp bed linen is provided for both properties. Rooms are individual and cosy, with comfort the priority so you all have an amazing night’s sleep once you are ready to hang up your dancing shoes for the night!

Garden Areas

Both properties have hot tubs, chairs, tables and seating for more than enough guests. Large expanse of garden to play or compete in, and delightful BBQ patio areas that you will be sure to enjoy when you spend your time here.
