Even at the height of summer, your stag or hen party will easily be able to set up camp on the beach for the day, unlike the beaches closer to the town.
Location: Near Southbourne Beach
Located in a leafy tree-lined affluent road in Southbourne, The Sea Breeze is in an ideal location for access to beaches, bars and restaurants. The nearby town of Christchurch has a surprising number of bars and pubs, and which is well worth a visit to check out the ancient priory church.
Round the corner, you’ll find Southbourne and its abundance of restaurants, bars and pubs plus a supermarket for supplies. As you’re on a Bournemouth stag or hen party, we imagine the Beach may also appear on many of your itineraries and a 10-minute walk will see you on the Southbourne Overcliff and its easy access down to the award-winning sands. It’s not all about sun, sea and sand though; you’ll find ‘Sobo’, a trendy beach bar made up of containers and an old bus!
The promenade runs all the way into Bournemouth town centre and beyond, so it makes for a lively summer evening walk if you’re planning on sampling some of the Bournemouth Nightlife. If you do manage to hit the town, you won’t be short of places to enjoy a drink and dance the night away. One highlight is Aruba, which serves as a restaurant during the day and turns nightclub when the lights go out!

Once inside the Sea Breeze Party House you’ll notice it’s decorated to a high standard in a modern finish. There are 9 spacious bedrooms and it also has the benefit of all being single beds (unless you would prefer to share). All towels and linens are provided.

This house also has its own amazing private Mini Spa, complete with Sauna, Steam Room, Hot Tub and plunge pool. Even without the upgrade, one highlight is the Sauna accessible via one of the ensuites, which is a great way to start the day and wash those cobwebs off!

The kitchen area is fully equipped and comes with everything you need for a fantastic stay, whether you’re planning to cater for yourselves or take advantage of our private chef service. At the property, there is also a large dining area which is perfect for playing any games or enjoying any culinary creations.
