Location

Located in a leafy tree lined affluent road in Southbourne, The Sea Breeze is in an ideal location for access to beaches, bars and restaurants. The nearby town of Christchurch has a surprising number of bars and pubs, and which is well worth a visit, even if it’s a trip during the day to check out the ancient priory church or the Norman House. Round the corner, you’ll find Southbourne and its abundance of restaurants, bars and pubs plus a supermarket in case you forget or need a top up of supplies. As you’re on a Bournemouth stag or a hen party, we imagine the Beach may also appear on many of your itineraries and a 10-minute walk will see you on the Southbourne Overcliff and its easy access down to the award-winning sands. It’s not all about sun sea and sand though and you’ll find ‘Sobo’ a beach bar and restaurant, a trendy bar made up of containers and an old bus! A great place to stop for a glass of wine or beer.

The promenade runs all the way into Bournemouth town centre and beyond, so it makes for a lively summers evening walk if you’re planning on sampling dome of the Bournemouth Nightlife. You’ll find a few temptations on the way though, as already mentioned you’ll come across Sobo (depending on the way you go down to the beach) but there’s El Murrino, which is an amazing place with music, food and drinks well into the evening. Many of our groups get there and stay there!!! If you do manage to hit the town, you won’t be short of places to enjoy a drink and dance the night away, one highlight is Aruba, which serves as a restaurant during the day and turns nightclub when the lights go out! The balcony overlooks the sea and pier and is always a good photo op!

Getting to the property is easy via sat nav and there is a large driveway and road parking is available.

Inside

Once inside the Sea Breeze Bournemouth Party house you’ll notice it’s decorated to a high standard in a modern finish. It makes the best use of the space available to give your stag or hen party a comfortable stay within luxurious surroundings. This Bournemouth Party House has many distinguishing features which make it a great choice for your celebration. One such highlight of the Sea Breeze Bournemouth Party House is the Sauna, which is a great way to start the day to wash those cobwebs off and this is accessible via one of the ensuites from one of the bedrooms, whilst it can’t fit your whole group, it will certainly give a few of you a chance to unwind whilst you’re waiting to get ready for the evening ahead. So worth making sure that room is reserved for the bride to be and maid of honour.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen area is fully equipped and come with everything you need for a fantastic stay at The Sea Breeze Bournemouth Party House, So, whether you’re planning to cater for yourselves or take advantage of our private chef service, you know you’ll have all the cooking equipment and white goods to whip up something delicious. Cutlery and a selection of appropriate glassware is also on hand to enjoy those glasses of wine and/or bubbles.

At the property, there is also a large dining area which is perfect for playing any games or enjoying any culinary creations. The space is also amazing for any big group activities you plan to have to the house, and it just so happens, we at The Stag and Hen Experience have a whole host of fantastic activities that come to the house, including:- A comedy Roast, where a professional comedian come over and with some prior help roasts that stag or hen, The fabulous Drag Academy, where you can learn to get your sass on, Nude life drawing, which is self-explanatory and a whole lot more. Bedrooms

There are 9 spacious bedrooms in the Sea Breeze Bournemouth Party House and also has the benefit of all being single beds (unless you would prefer to share) and all towels and linens are provided. The room configuration can change from time to time, but a standard set up is as a mixture of twins, triples and a quad ensuring that you have space to be super comfortable.

Outside

The garden is well looked after and there is some rattan style furniture for you to lounge around and enjoy some fresh air. There is also a Barbecue available for those perfect summer evenings.
