The Riverstone is an exceptional party house, a grand manor covering a large footprint that accommodates up to an impressive 35 guests across three floors. Each floor is meticulously decorated and designed with a traditional and classy aesthetic, adding a touch of elegance to your stag or hen weekend. This magnificent Party House exudes grandeur at every turn, beginning with the moment you arrive and drive down the long, pebbled driveway. If you envision the entrance to a majestic countryside manor, this is the perfect example. So, if you're planning a large stag, hen party, or corporate retreat near the South Coast, close to Southampton, the New Forest, and Bournemouth, The Riverstone Party House is well worth considering.
Location
The Riverstone Party House is perfectly situated, offering easy access to nearby cities and towns. Salisbury, Bournemouth, and Southampton are all within easy reach, each providing a unique experience. The ever-popular New Forest is nearby, where you can enjoy scenic walks, encounter the famous New Forest Ponies, and explore a variety of pubs offering delicious food and drinks.
The historic cathedral city of Salisbury is just over 4 miles away. Salisbury is a charming city, one of the smallest in the UK, and has held city status since the 12th century, signifying its historical importance. It's definitely worth a visit during your stag or hen party. Whether you're interested in exploring historical landmarks like the famous Salisbury Cathedral, a large and imposing monument dating back to the early 13th century, or immersing yourself in history at the Salisbury Museum, there's plenty to discover. Bournemouth is a major stag and hen destination in itself, offering a vast selection of activities within the town and surrounding areas. If you're looking for something active, the High Ropes Course and the hilarious Inflatable Waterpark are easily accessible from the property and located between the Riverstone accommodation and the town centre.

The House
Outside
The outside of the property is well-manicured and looked after. From numerous spots in the grounds, you'll get fabulous uninterrupted views over the surrounding rolling hills and countryside. The garden walls are high, ensuring privacy, and the state-of-the-art hot tub and heated swimming pool are fantastic additions to what is already an amazing party house. There is a large amount of sun loungers and other garden furniture to enjoy while lazing around in the sunshine, and the expansive grassy areas give your group an opportunity to enjoy any number of lawn games you may bring with you (our favourite is Kub). But it's not only the swimming pool and hot tub that this quality party house has to offer, as there are tennis courts for you to enjoy during your stay as well. There is also barbecue equipment available for you to use if you would like to spend an afternoon alfresco dining.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The Riverstone has an impressive twelve bedrooms, each one a spacious and comfortable space in which to relax at the end of the night and get a good night's sleep in order to recharge for the following day's festivities. There are 7 bedrooms situated on the first floor (middle floor) and the remaining bedrooms are on the top floor. All towels and linen are provided. The current sleeping and bed configuration is as follows, however, these change from time to time, so please get in touch if you want to find out the latest configuration.

Lounges & Kitchen
There are Five receptions rooms within the Riverstone Party house and each one has sofas, televisions and an open fireplace for those cooler times of the year and some firewood is provided for winter stays. The Kitchen area comes with all the utilities you’d expect for a manor house meaning you’ll have everything you need to create delicious meals for your and your group and you’ll find a great selection of cutlery and glassware in which to serve the correct drink in the correct glass.
Diner & Games Room
There is a large dining area, perfect for stag and hen party games and for mealtimes and there is a games room outside near to the swimming pool and hot tub that includes a table tennis table for when things start getting competitive.
