The Acres Bristol Party House

INTRO

This highly recommended stag and hen party accommodation is unique as it is spread across two buildings with a large expanse of grassy area between the two. The whole space is entirely your own and is completely private. There are two hot tubs on the property and has everything you need to make sure your stag or hen a wild weekend away! These lodgings sleep up to eighteen guests (a split of eight in the main building and ten in the second) and there is free private parking for your vehicles. Taxi services or uber can easily find the property should you need their services to travel to nearby Bath or Bristol or other surrounding areas if you want to hit the cities and enjoy the nightlife or even day out exploring.

LOCATION

Set in the heart of rural Gloucestershire, this stunning hen or stag party accommodation is easy to reach by car and there is so much to see and do amidst this captivating countryside. Conveniently close to Bristol and Bath, but also within driving distance of the honey coloured villages of the Cotswolds, there are also many lovely walks you can experience straight from the doorstep. Bath and Bristol are both within driving distance, offering everything you need from a city. The elegant city of Bath has been the go-to for well being enthusiasts since Roman times. It boasts ancient Roman Baths as well as housing the modern Thermae Bath Spa; the only natural thermal springs in Britain for you to bathe and relax in. Bristol is also a vibrant modern city and with a rich history there are plenty of sights, museums and galleries to visit. Along with its own selection of bars, restaurants and nightclubs you will never run out of options. There are also several retail outlets in the area if your plan involves a day of shopping or if any of the hens or stags want to get themselves a new outfit for the night ahead.

INSIDE

This luxurious hen and stag accommodation is full of character inside both buildings. Cosy and spotless, the cream carpets and wooden beams ooze sophistication. The most fantastic paintings are hung on the walls, capturing your attention and invariably becoming a point of discussion. The rustic lounge in the main cabin has plenty of seating with a beautiful fireplace in case it gets chilly. A TV hangs on the wall above the fire and to one side double doors open to the decking area. There is a well-equipped kitchen with an American style fridge/freezer with cold water tap and there are bedrooms here to sleep 8. The second building is a very short distance (approximately 65m) from the main building and comprises of a second basic kitchen, small lounge and additional hot tub with further garden space. There is also a bedroom here which sleeps 10.

The Kitchen

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to ensure your party can get their morning bacon sandwiches or fry up. There is a huge fridge freezer you can keep fully stocked and all the crockery, plates, pans and glassware you will need for your stay. There is a kettle, oven, hob, microwave and even a washing machine all positioned to make this space user friendly. There is opportunity here to hire your own in-house chef to cook up your dinner one night, while you can ensure your bride is being entertained and enjoying herself! There is a long wooden dining table with a corresponding bench and chairs which makes incredible use of the long space. Perfect for a game of Prosecco pong or beer pong during the evening’s shenanigans.

Bedrooms

In total there are four bedrooms with the following configuration.

Main Building:

2 x single beds

1 x king size bed

1 x king size bed and 2 x single beds

Secondary Building:

1 x king size bed, 1 x Queen size bed and 6 x single beds

All bed linen is provided, and each bedroom continues the rustic theme. There are plenty of mirror stations throughout, so plenty of room for everyone to get ready for the night or day ahead!

Outside & The Hot tub

The stunning outside area has plenty of grass area to allow for your hen games and stag activities. You could easily kick a ball about here or arrange a scavenger hunt or real-life drawing lessons for your party. There is an extensive decking area with benches, sun beds and chairs to relax on. This garden is a real sun trap, and you will be grateful for any sunshade you can find cast by the buildings or trees dotted along the fence line. Don’t forget the two hot tubs (not next to each other) where you can relax away with the bubbles. Why not arrange for an afternoon tea that you can indulge in at your accommodation, so you don’t have to be anywhere but enjoying everything your private little holiday villa has to offer. A BBQ is set to the side with utensils hanging next to it, and there is a Bose Sound speaker set to a good noise volume that is plenty loud enough for your hen party to sing and dance to while continuing the night with some fizz.
