INTRO
This fabulous farmhouse accommodation is a fantastic Bath or Bristol Party house is situated in picturesque countryside a 10 -20 minutes drive away from either city giving your stag or hen do the best of both worlds be that serenity of your rural setting or hitting the dancefloor of one of the many nightclubs in either of the two aforementioned cities. The whole space is entirely your own and is completely private. The outside is immediately welcoming and looks cosy and inviting, and the space inside is a delightful surprise. This lodging sleeps eighteen guests and there is ample private parking for at least 6 cars. A lockbox entry means no waiting around for someone with keys to let you in at the beginning of your stag party or hen weekend away. There is lots of space in this place, notably the huge living room. If you have anything planned in house for your weekend, this lounge will be the place to hold it. With 5 bedrooms and 2.5 restrooms throughout the property, plus an extensive outside area; you won’t feel cramped at any point over the weekend. Taxi services or uber can easily find the property should you need their services to travel to Bath or Bristol or other surrounding areas.
LOCATION
Nestled in the heart of a rural area between Bath and Bristol, this impressive hen party accommodation is easy to reach by car and there is so much to see and do in this blissful location. The local Londis is within walking distance for you to stock up on supplies, and there are numerous walks straight out from your doorstep.
The spectacular city of Bath is full of contemporary culture, park spaces and plenty of surprises. There is always something to look at or do. Get your group involved in cocktail making, or bath bomb design. Get your whole party jewellery making or head out for an afternoon tea. This city is a 15-minute drive away and then you have Bristol a bit further at a 25 minute car drive. Both are fantastic for shopping and eating, bars and other activities. Bristol presents more shopping and a pulsating nightlife, but you could also start your weekend with a Bottomless Brunch; the perfect way for any shy hens to get to know each other! There are also several retail outlets in the area if your plan involves a day of shopping or if any of the hens or stags want to get themselves a new outfit for the night ahead.
INSIDE
A big attraction of this fabulous farmhouse is the size of the lounge area. You will probably expect to spend a bit of time in here as it lends itself to your typical party games with a socialising atmosphere. It is done out beautifully in cream and there is plenty of seating for your party all surrounding the charming fireplace. This accommodation has a great mix of bunk beds and comfortable king beds sleeping 18 in total, so all your guests should be able to get a good night’s sleep after partying hard. The spacious kitchen opens up to the hot tub, so get those cheeky butlers serving you up drinks and nibbles while you soak and chat in the hot tub outside. The dining area again is spacious and open with a gorgeous round table for your party to sit round. It looks perfect for a game of poker or arrange a murder mystery evening between that and the huge lounge. The possibilities are endless.
The Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for frying up a breakfast fit for kings and queens. There is a huge fridge freezer you can keep fully stocked and all the crockery, plates, pans and glassware you will need for your stay. There is a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave all positioned to make this space user friendly in its faultless farmhouse style design.

All bed linen is provided, and each bedroom has a similar style in cream, wood and yellow. The dark wood doorways set a handsome contrast to the stylish and airy rooms with plenty of windows to let in light. There are mirror stations in bedroom one and bigger mirrors in the other rooms, so plenty of room for everyone to get ready for the night or day ahead!
Outside & The Hot tub
Take a step out of this superb Farmhouse and you will be greeted by a stunning garden, patio and decking area surrounding the house. There is an adorable hammock swing on one side and of course the hot tub just outside of the kitchen. There are several seating areas placed around the plot and a long wooden table with space for everyone as the main seating area. There is a Bose Sound speaker set to a good noise volume that is plenty loud enough for your hen party to sing and dance to while starting the night off with some fizz. This lovely house lends itself to having a private chef cook you up a five-course meal while you delight in each other’s company or play at a scavenger hunt in between courses. One thing’s for sure, once you head back home from a night on the town, you can kick off your dancing shoes and sink your feet unto the luscious deep pile rug in the lounge. Hug a mug of tea and discuss the events of the day and night with your closest pals; life will feel like a little slice of heaven!
