Flexible Party Townhouses in Bristol
Bristol is well known for being a fantastic stag or hen location. With its bohemian vibe, long list of amazing activities, and legendary nightlife, this will probably come as no surprise. When it comes to choosing accommodation, groups are equally spoilt for choice.
The Alpha and Beta party houses are two superbly decorated three-story townhouses in a trendy suburb close to Bristol City Centre. The two houses are available as single lets for smaller groups of 10 or 12, or as a joint let for larger groups of up to 22 guests.
These townhouses have been designed specifically with groups in mind. Each room within the properties has a modern feel with a rustic edge, using upcycled furnishings and modern décor to add a bohemian feel that keeps in touch with the City as a whole.
Location: Trendy Suburb Near City Centre
These trendy hen and stag houses are situated in a quiet no-through road in a popular suburb of Bristol. The area is a truly awesome part of Bristol, with an abundance of coffee shops, restaurants, and independent retailers on your doorstep. You won’t have very far to go before finding a fantastic bite to eat or maybe even a bargain or two.
For night owls, the area also has a generous helping of independent bars and pubs for you to enjoy a cocktail or a craft beer or two.
For guests planning to drive, we recommend dropping your luggage and supplies at the front door and then finding some paid on-street parking in the surrounding roads.
Open Plan Social Living
The ground floor of the property is reserved for the social space. The spacious Kitchen/Diner features a large dining table that’s able to seat all guests. On the ground floor, there is also access to a **Courtyard Area** to enjoy your morning coffee or nightcap.
Also on the ground floor is the spacious living area. With enough seating for everyone, this space is perfect for guests to chill, relax, and play any games you’ve planned. It also has a **55-inch Smart TV** so you won’t have to miss an episode of your favourite show.
The living and dining area are also perfect social spaces for groups to enjoy a number of our in-house activities. **Psychic Hen Nights**, **Private Chefs**, Nude Life Drawing, and the amazing **Murder Mystery** featuring professional actors are very popular here.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the necessary appliances and white goods you could need on your weekend away. All crockery, cutlery, and glassware is available for you to use.
8 Bedrooms & 6 Bathrooms
There are four bedrooms in each townhouse (**8 in total**) that come configured with a selection of single beds and double sofa beds. All bedding and towels are provided.
Crucially for large groups, there are three bathrooms in each townhouse (**6 in total**), all including showers. This means less queuing and more partying!
