Once you walk inside, you’ll be greeted with a trendy interior that strikes the perfect balance between the rustic and the modern. Stylish upcycled furniture and modern splashes of colour give this bohemian-style party house a warm, bright, and airy feel that comfortably compliments Bristol’s cosmopolitan vibe.
Location: Trendy Clifton Village
The property is located in the trendy **Clifton** suburb of Bristol and benefits from car parking for **three cars**, taking away any worries about finding a parking space when you arrive. Things are just as easy for guests planning to arrive by train as **Clifton Down** train station is only a short walk away.
In the streets surrounding The Hampton, you’ll find plenty of amazing things to see and do on your doorstep, including a fantastic selection of independent and chain restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, and bars all within walking distance.
For those that want to hit the city centre for a big night out, there are regular buses running, or it is a short and inexpensive cab journey into the city centre.
Industrial Kitchen for Large Groups
The large kitchen comes fully equipped to cater for 18 guests easily. It features an **Industrial Sized Cooker** with 3 ovens, 2 microwaves, a large fridge, freezer, two toasters, and the all-important kettles (of which there are two!). Cutlery, crockery, and glassware are also provided for you to use.
Garden with Gas BBQ
There is an outside garden area which includes a number of benches and plenty of seating. It also benefits from including a large **Gas Barbecue** for those who enjoy a bit of al fresco dining on a hot summer’s day.
Bedrooms with Smart Features
Each bedroom comes with its own TV to ensure you’ll never miss an episode of your fav TV show. **USB Charging Points** have been installed so you don’t have to worry if you forget your plugs. The beds themselves are a mixture of single and double beds and good quality bed linen is provided along with towels.
3 Modern Bathrooms
There are 3 spacious modern bathrooms within this amazing party house. Two of them have full-sized baths and all have showers so you’ll never be waiting too long for your friends to get ready for a night out.
