Booking info: Beautiful rural stag & hen cottages sleeping up to 32 guests in seven spacious bedrooms spread over two cottages, deposit due at the time of booking to secure the property and the final balance would be due 12 weeks before travel. A fully refundable security deposit would be due before travel as is standard with all types of accommodation. Check in: 3pm and Check out: 11am gives your stag or hen party that extra hour lay in before heading home.

Intro
Set in two wonderful stunning properties adjacent to each other, but self-contained are the Retreat 12 and the Retreat 20. Available individually for smaller groups, the Retreats stag and hen party houses make for a fantastic backdrop to a stag or hen celebration. Together, you can say, they are greater than the sum of their parts. The Retreats are perfect for groups of up to 32 people making use of both of these fabulous properties, nestling within the Somerset countryside. Both properties are excellently presented and decorated in a modern style whilst still keeping a rustic edge that fits in well with the countryside vibe. Taking in the fantastic panoramic views over the lakes and distant hills is a magnificent way of waking up in the morning with a cup of tea/coffee.
Location
The location gives your group the best of both worlds with the peace and tranquillity of the cottage and its surroundings and if you’re group are craving the city lights and nightlife, then Bristol is only 8 miles away making this an excellent base whether you want to venture into the city or stay and enjoy the facilities at the cottages. The cottages are very easy to find and there is plenty of parking onsite.
The House
Outside Area
A fantastic feature of the Retreats is its expansive well-manicured gardens easily giving your group enough social space to enjoy a glass of Prosecco together in the sunshine. Both properties also have good quality hot tubs for your group to enjoy throughout your stay and there is plenty of outside seating to lounge around in. There are barbecues available for you to use and the Retreat 12 has a terrace with a bar area and outdoor TV.
Games Room
There is a games room which has a bar area and a full size pool table should your group like to get competitive.
Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms in the Retreat 12 and four in the Retreat 20. Both cottages have spacious rooms, and the vast majority of beds are single beds but for groups reaching the top end of the numbers, bunk beds are available. Good quality beds, bed linen and towels are provided.
Kitchen
The views from the kitchen are in Retreat 20 are, simply put, fantastic and is worthy of a shout out. The kitchens in both properties are well equipped and are fitted out with all the good quality appliances you’d expect with top quality group accommodation. Modern Ovens, fridge freezers, microwave, toasters and the all important kettle are there for you to use throughout your stay, there’s even a wine cooler to keep those bubbles chilled.
Bathrooms
There are four bathrooms spread across the two properties, all beautifully decorated to fit in with the rest of the properties ambiance. There are walk in showers in each of the bathrooms ensuring queuing for a shower or to spend a penny is kept at a minimum.
Lounge Areas
The lounge areas offer a great alternative social space in case the weather turns, well, English! Both come with couches and have wall mounted TV’s so you don’t have to worry about missing the latest episode of your favourite shows.

Just because you’re rural, doesn’t mean you can’t make your stag or hen party extra special when it comes to activities.
