This beautiful Grade II listed regency town house oozes marine glamour. With room for 20 guests, opulent décor and a stunning view of Brighton seafront, this property is perfect for a getaway with your closest girlfriends.
House:
Please be advised that only hen groups are permitted to stay at this property. However, well-behaved stag groups may be considered on a request only basis.
The house can be accessed by a short flight of stairs from street level.
Parking is not available at the property but there are bays and pay and display parking available in nearby St. James Street. These are free overnight dependent on the zone. Specific instructions can be found on the streets.
There is a small balcony on the first floor of the property. Please note that for health and safety reasons, guests are advised not to wear heels in this area.
For groups of over 17, complimentary single beds will need to be added.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
There are 5 bedrooms at this property, laid out as follows:
First Floor
Living Room – This room doubles up as a bedroom with an L-Shaped sofa that converts into 2 single beds, and an additional sofa that converts into a single bed. This room sleeps 3 guests in total and includes a smart TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speakers.
Second Floor
Bedroom 1 – Sleeps 7 in 3 bunk beds and 1 single sofa bed.
Bedroom 2 – Sleeps 2 in a double bed.
Third Floor
Bedroom 3 – Sleeps 3 with a king size bed and a single sofa bed. This room has an ensuite with both a bath and shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.
On the third floor there is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath, wash basin and WC.
Fourth Floor
This floor is a dedicated space for fun activities and doubles up as a dressing room. There is an adjacent shower room with a wash basin and WC. To get the party started, a smart TV, DVD player, board games and beanbags are provided in this area.
Location:
The house is a 5 minute walk to the award-winning beach. It is round the corner from Brighton’s famous Flea Market and a fabulous selection of cheeky cocktail bars and coffee shops. A perfect way to enjoy a night out is at Proud Cabaret, a world-class entertainment venue that is less than a 10 minute walk from the accommodation. You can also take part in a cocktail making class at a selection of venues, a perfect accompaniment to dinner and to ensure you celebrate your hen do in style.
