A deposit is required to secure this fantastic house with the final balance being due 12 weeks before travel. A fully refundable security deposit will be due before travel. Grade II Listed Regency Townhouse
This beautiful Grade II listed regency town house oozes marine glamour. With room for 18 guests, opulent décor and a stunning view of Brighton seafront, this Brighton hen do accommodation is perfect for a getaway with your closest besties.
Brighton by the Sea gives a lot away in its name and the stunning view of the seafront makes it a very popular hen do house. You can get to the house via a short flight of stairs from the street. While there's no parking at the property itself, you'll find pay-and-display bays on nearby St. James Street.
The house features a small balcony on the first floor. For your safety, we advise against wearing heels in this area! For groups larger than 17, we'll provide complimentary single beds to accommodate everyone comfortably. All bed linen and towels are included.
Flexible Sleeping Layout (Sleeps 18)
There are 5 bedrooms at this property, laid out across four floors:
First Floor
Living Room – This room doubles up as a bedroom with an L-Shaped sofa that converts into 2 single beds, and an additional sofa that converts into a single bed. This room sleeps 3 guests in total and includes a smart TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth speakers.
Second Floor
Bedroom 1 – Sleeps 7 in 3 bunk beds and 1 single sofa bed.
Bedroom 2 – Sleeps 2 in a double bed.
Third Floor
Bedroom 3 – Sleeps 3 with a king-size bed and a single sofa bed. This room has an en-suite with both a bath and shower, WC, wash basin, and heated towel rail. On the third floor, there is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath, wash basin, and WC.
Top Floor Activity & Dressing Room
Fourth Floor
This floor is a dedicated space for fun activities and doubles up as a dressing room—perfect for getting ready for a big night out! There is an adjacent shower room with a wash basin and WC. To get the party started, a smart TV, DVD player, board games, and beanbags are provided in this area.
Location: Near Kemptown & Flea Market
The house is a 5-minute walk to the award-winning beach. It is round the corner from Brighton’s famous Flea Market and a fabulous selection of cheeky cocktail bars and coffee shops.
A perfect way to enjoy a night out is at Proud Cabaret, a world-class entertainment venue that is less than a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. You can also take part in a cocktail making class at a selection of venues, a perfect accompaniment to dinner and to ensure you celebrate your hen weekend in style.
