INTRO

Brighton is simply terrific and you certainly won’t be disappointed. As with most hen weekends away, once you’ve decided on the location, then comes the all-important decision about your accommodation and again your Brighton hen do would be spoilt for choice because Brighton has a generous amount of hen do party houses able to cater for any size party. The Pastel House is definitely worth considering if your Brighton hen do has up to 22 guests! This gorgeous townhouse has five levels that includes a roof terrace, which is the perfect spot in which to enjoy your early morning coffee or perhaps a nightcap. Being centrally located in the heart of Brighton City Centre makes this absolute gem of a property a superb option for your Brighton hen do. The Lower Ground floor houses the most amazing little Selfie Studio, and the ground floor opens with the kitchen and dining room area. There is also a bathroom on this level for your comfort. The first floor is a mezzanine level and includes the living quarters; a bright and elegant room with three corner sofas which open up into three double beds. The bedrooms are spread between this and the upper levels of the house, with the top bedroom having an ensuite and access to the roof terrace.

LOCATION

Nestled in the beautiful seaside resort of Brighton, this stunning hen party accommodation is easy to reach by car and on arrival you will feel the excitement of being so central to the shops and restaurants the area has to offer. Brighton is fantastic for shopping and eating, bars and other activities. Enjoy some gin tasting or some cocktail making in the city; or shop away to your heart’s delight in the many shops on offer. The beach and the pier are also a stone’s throw from your hen party accommodation and no visit is complete without going for fish and chips.

INSIDE

As soon as you step into the spacious entranceway you will be able to indulge in the space this property has to offer. You won’t be feeling cramped over your stay even with nineteen other people in the house. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are fantastic for social gatherings, and you can easily imagine the growing party atmosphere starting with bubbles and nibbles while the group catch up or get to know each other. The contemporary décor is consistent throughout the bedrooms looking stylish and modern with mirror stations. Beautiful, big windows with shutters let in much light to feel spacious and airy. The bathrooms are simple and sophisticated spread over each floor and include a beautiful stand alone bath which begs to be filled with bath bubbles to really indulge in relaxation.

The Kitchen

This superb space has everything you need for cooking up an absolute storm for breakfast. There is a huge fridge freezer and under counter fridge (found in the Utility room) you can keep fully stocked and all the crockery, plates, pans and glassware you will need for your stay. There is also the usual kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. “This kitchen is for dancing” reads the art on the wall – and you better do as you’re told! The kitchen unfolds to the dining area with a big, long dining table which is great for party games and getting the party started, but to really keep it going this townhouse boasts a vintage style bar! There are bar stools to help pour the drinks and a comfy sofa set in the corner setting the scene for a serene area to chat and relax. With up to twenty guests, there is sure to be a bartender with flare in the making to mix and stir up the cocktails for everyone!

All bed linen is provided. There are also three double sofa beds in the living room to make up the numbers. There are plenty of mirrors throughout and includes two blow dry bars to ensure you are looking exactly how you want to for your big nights out.

Extras

There are so many extra little nuggets of fun sewn into this superb townhouse that it’s hard to pick a favourite. The Selfie Shack on the lower ground floor is so unique and is the perfect set up to catch some hilarious moments. With a shiny gold backdrop, ring light and tripod – make sure everyone catches some memories here. The cocktail bar in the dining area along with a Karaoke system promise fun packed evenings filled with laughter. Who doesn’t love a bit of karaoke? Maybe even take the chance to hire a bartender to keep your favourite cocktails made up as the bride and her hens focus on enjoying the nights ahead.

Lastly - the terrace on the top floor gives charming views of the city’s lights and action on one side, and on the other side is a view of the ocean. The modern outdoor furniture will ensure you can comfortably sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening tea. Listen to the chirping song of the birds if you are one of the first to rise or hear the fading buzz of the town as it settles to sleep.
