The property is situated perfectly between the train station and town centre, subtly hidden within the **Brighton Lanes**, one of the most popular reasons for visiting. This gem of accommodation is close by to all amenities and necessities that you may need throughout your weekend. Local shops, bars, pubs, and nightlife only help enhance your weekend.
One of the great things about staying in The Lanes is that the party vibe never ends, and every corner of the streets will give you so much to look at, eat, and buy. You honestly cannot get any closer to the hustle and bustle of Brighton. Not forgetting the very short 10-minute walk to the show-stopping Brighton beach!

The quirkiness of the property is definitely shown in the bedrooms. You will likely never find a **secret bed hidden in the ceiling** by a ladder in any other hen house like this! The beds range from double bunk beds, king beds, and twins so there will be no arguments on who sleeps where. The all-white minimalistic décor makes the rooms feel calm and inviting with a burst of colour added to the headboards, cushions, or throws to give this hen house just the character it deserves.

The 3 bathrooms included within this property range from an en-suite and large family bathroom on the second floor and an extra shower room by the kitchen. With the option of baths or showers, these high-spec and beautifully designed bathrooms will cause no complaints with the group.
