Are you getting fed up of trying to find the right luxury hen weekend house for you and the girls? After all, you need something perfect, something amazing, something unlike anything else you’ve ever seen. Well if the hen is a fan of music (or partying in general) then clicking on this page may well turn out to be the best thing you’ve ever done – because this Luxury Hen Weekend house really is something else. In fact, it’s something you will never find anywhere else – this luxury hen weekend house is a converted recording studio.
And not just any recording studio either, we aren’t talking about some two-bit, end of the garden, local recording studio. This studio has been used by an array of the most famous artists in the world since 1978, including Ozzy Osborne, Black Sabbath, Sir Tom Jones, Robert Plant, Simple Minds and Oasis. In fact, the cartwheel doors of this studio are featured on the cover of Oasis’ debut single ‘Supersonic’ – so it’s really earnt its place in music history. And now, it’s available for you and the girls to stay in for your hen weekend!
LOCATION
Located in a quiet, secluded area of South Wales, it’s a perfect place for you and the girls to enjoy a luxurious weekend away. It is an area filled with beautiful views, lovely people and amazing vibes – so whether you are in the mood to just relax or to party the night away, you’ll feel accepted and wonderful in this luxury hen weekend house.
INSIDE
On entry, Musician’s Manor feels like a high quality normal manor house. The Entrance hall is gorgeous and leads you into a large lounge with a woodburner, TV, and amazingly comfortable sofas. There is also a second lounge (which is perfect for larger groups if you decide you want to break up into two sets of conversation at any point), which is set up as a music room, complete with guitar, amp and plenty of chairs. In fact, the whole house has memorabilia dotted all around it, along with photos of artists who have recorded at the studio.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The Kitchen in Musician’s Manor is well equipped with all mod-cons that you’d need for a hen weekend. Whether you are the kind of hen weekend who are planning to cook everything from scratch and really push the boat out, or whether you just need somewhere to cook the frozen pizzas or plate up the takeaway, you’re well covered with the kitchen in Musician’s Manor. Also, this is one of the rooms where the fact the property used to be a studio really hits you, as the mixing desk is right there behind the sink! There is also a huge dining room with two long tables, so that you can all sit and eat together. The dining room backs onto the garden, so you get a gorgeous view of the beautiful local countryside while chatting, drinking and enjoying your meal.
BEDROOMS
Musician’s Manor has a total of eleven bedrooms, sleeping up to twenty four guests – so even if you are worried that you have a big list of attendees, everyone will be comfortable, well looked after, and get a good nights sleep staying in bedrooms that have been occupied by many famous guests in the past!

Bedroom 2 – Double bed with en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 3 – Two single beds with en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 4 – Two single beds
Bedroom 5 – Double bed

Bedroom 7 – Super king size bed with en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 9 – Double bed and two single beds
Bedroom 10 – Double bed with en-suite shower room
Bedroom 11 – Two single beds with en-suite bathroom
The bedrooms are split across all three levels of the property – with two on the top floor, two on the ground floor, and the remaining seven on the first floor.
BATHROOMS
The number of bathrooms is always a concern when booking a large luxury hen do weekend house, but luckily that’s not a problem here. Six of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (or shower rooms), and there is another bathroom and another shower room on the first floor, and a bathroom on the top floor as well – meaning that you have a total of nine bathrooms for you all to use – hopefully that’ll mean that you’ve got plenty of room to get ready in the mornings.
ADDITIONAL ROOMS
We’ve not mentioned what happened to the actual recording studio space of Musician’s Manor yet, and that’s because it’s been turned into a pair of additional rooms that every hen weekend needs! The old studio control room is now a games room and cinema, where you can play pool, darts, table tennis and computer games – or just sit back and watch a movie in luxury.
The second room is the party room. This is the soundproofed recording room, which has its own in built stereo system, disco ball and more. So whether you want to dance, sing, play instruments or do anything else, this is the sort of party room where you can absolutely let loose and enjoy yourselves without a care in the world!
OUTSIDE
Given how amazing the rest of the property is, why would you even need to wonder what is outside? Well, I agree with you – but if you were wondering, there is a large patio area with sofas and tables where you can sit, drink and relax. There is also a jacuzzi hot tub (though this is not always included in bookings – it’s always worth an ask though!). The property backs onto the River Monnow, so whether you just want some riverside views, a little walk or even to try some wild swimming, you can do it all from the comfort of this luxury hen weekend house.
As you can see from what I’ve written here, this is an absolutely amazing place to stay, and if you are arranging a hen weekend for a music-mad hen, this really ought to be at the top of your list!
