Heated Outdoor Pool & Tennis Court
I’ve already mentioned the gorgeous views over the South Downs, and there is a balcony where you can relax to enjoy those. But there’s so much more outside.

12 Bedrooms (Sleeps 24)
As you’d expect from a house that can sleep up to twenty-four, there are plenty of bedrooms – twelve to be exact! Nine of these are in the **Main House** and three in the adjoining **Annexe**, so you can make sure that everyone is bunking with someone they want to.
All bedrooms are fully furnished and come complete with all bedding and linen. There are also **six bathrooms** and two separate toilets, meaning no one is going to be caught short while getting ready for the big night out.
