INTRO
Brighton is such a popular destination, and that statement is true whether we are talking about stag and hen weekends or just general tourism. It’s a city that has everything. With beaches, attractions, activities and nightlife, what more can a stag or hen do need! Affectionately known as London by the sea, mainly because of its proximity to London, making it a favourite for Londoners getting away from the city to enjoy the seaside for a quick weekend break. Brighton is cultured, cosmopolitan and a cool trendy hen do destination. One of the things that really brings a stag or hen package together is the accommodation and Brighton has a great selection throughout the budget ranges, but one of the most popular types of accommodation has to be Hen do party houses. LOCATION
The Arches is your perfect location for discovering what Brighton has to offer. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the town and all the usual shops and cafes you would want for the weekend. Bars offer cocktail making or wine tasting for your daytime activities, or why not start the weekend off with a bottomless brunch. Certainly, no trip is complete without trying the local fish and chips at some point over your stay. Brighton pier and beach is close by to walk off those late nights and you can visit the coffee bars or smoothie bars to get your caffeine or health kick for the day, before readying yourself for the next activity.
INSIDE
When you first walk in, you will be blown away by the beautifully designed kitchen and dining area. With its open plan style and high ceiling, effective lighting and impressive rustic dining table. This Brighton Party house lends itself perfectly to a night full of party games with the perfect sized dancefloor for when the rhythm takes over the socialising. The expansive seating area in the living room is inviting and comfortable, with a TV and board games available for those chillout hours when you need downtime to recuperate. The rustic style interior is immaculate throughout the whole house and the exquisite bathrooms have a beautifully tiled decor. Make sure you experience each one throughout your stay!
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen in the Arches is the hub of the home; it is fully equipped with everything you will need for your weekend and appliances are integrated to really enhance the modern style. There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven and hob and of course a kettle, toaster and microwave. A coffee machine and hot water dispenser will start your days off with a hit of caffeine, and a drinks trolley to bring extra flair to your party when you’re ready to get the cocktails flowing. Its glass shelves are complemented by a crisp, angular metal frame that ensures an on-trend look.
The stylish white and grey kitchen is faultless in its design with an island to separate it from the adjoining dining area. There is also a huge American style fridge freezer to fill with yummy goodies for your stay and even a wine cooler, so your ‘grapes’ will always be cold.
The dining area includes a huge, long dining table to seat up to 28 people which makes for the perfect social space for games and mealtimes. The dining area’s focus is of course the fine carpentry of a magnificent wooden dining table which runs the length of the room. Daytime crafts and games can easily be pictured here, with an easy transformation into the nighttime activity once the lights are dimmed and the music is turned up.
Overlooking the dining area the living room, which is, situated on the next floor up; a comfortable area decorated in midnight blue hues and corner sofas that can open up to create a further set of private sleeping chambers if needed. On the top floor, there is a beautiful terrace area decorated with a table and chairs. You can picture the last of the party retreating up here for cups of tea at the end of the night under a roof of stars and listening to the descending murmurs of the city as it settles to sleep.
BEDROOMS
The rustic wooden and polished white theme runs through flawlessly to the bedrooms.
Bedrooms consist of:
Double sofa bed
2 x double beds, with clothing storage and beautiful lighting
2 x double beds, with ensuite and clothing storage
1 x double bed, 1 x double sofa bed and clothing storage
There are also two double sofa beds in the living room which can open up should the extra room be required for privacy or preference. Each room has its own unique and inviting style to steal you away into a dreamworld once you rest your head at the end of each day.
BATHROOMS
There is a toilet or bathroom on each floor of the living areas, there are plenty of mirrors dotted about so there will be enough room for everyone to get ready for the evening ahead.
TERRACE
Lastly, we mustn’t forget the darling little terrace on the top floor of this lovely hen house accommodation. There is a table and four chairs up here and it is completely sheltered from any wind, making this the perfect little space to bring up your morning coffee if you are one of the first to rise in the morning. You just may have to clear away the remnants from anyone using this area at the end of the night before!
