The Plush Party House is a short walk away from the shops and quaint little coffee shops of **Tynemouth**. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the town and no trip is complete without trying the local fish and chips. Just 18 minutes’ walk away is the beautiful English Heritage site of **Tynemouth Castle** – one to remember if you need to walk off a hangover!
**Newcastle City Centre** is only 20 minutes by taxi if you want to seek out the bright lights and nightlife or want to partake in any of the activities on offer. There are several car park spaces on site for all your party’s vehicles, and there is also a nearby Metro station that provides access to nearby towns and cities.
Open Plan Living & Dining
When you first walk in, you will be blown away by the beautifully designed modern living area. With its open plan style, high ceilings, and effective lighting, it is the perfect social hub.
The dining area has a rustic feel with natural brick along one side, complemented by fine carpentry. A magnificent wooden dining table runs the length of the room which can’t help but project an image of Beer Pong or a Murder Mystery Night. With space like this, why not arrange some Nude Life Drawing or simply dance and sing the night away into the early hours!
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. There’s a coffee machine to start your days off, and a champagne bucket to layer with ice when you’re ready to start with the fizz.
There is a huge American-style fridge freezer (with ice and cold water facilities) and even a separate **Wine Fridge**, so your bubbles will always be cold. The kitchen opens up flawlessly to the dining area which makes it a perfect opportunity to hire a **Private Chef** to cook you up a treat and **Cheeky Butlers** to serve you.
5 En-Suite Bedrooms & The "Powder Room"
On the top floor are 3 bedrooms sleeping a total of ten stags or hens. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and its own unique style (spot the jungle animal theme!).
The main floor boasts two master bedrooms with corresponding bathrooms and walk-in closets. But the showcasing feature is most certainly the beautiful pink communal salon-style dressing room aptly named **‘The Powder Room’**. This room consists of six mirror stations with hairdryers – perfect for getting ready A-list style!
With the Powder Room and bathrooms attached to every one of the five bedrooms, you won’t need to worry about queueing or waiting for mirror time. There is even a sixth toilet facility on the main floor for your complete convenience.
Garden Oasis with Two Hot Tubs
Last and certainly not least is the stunning outdoor space. At one end stands a barbecue station and in the middle is a spacious private seating area with a firepit taking centre stage.
Best of all, **Two Hot Tubs** sit side by side undercover at the other end of the decking. Foliage surrounds the whole outside ensuring your complete privacy. To compliment this wooden decking area, there are surrounding speakers and disco lights! The mood lighting can meld into several spectacular colours and is all centrally controlled by a smart hub.
