Seaside Townhouse Near the Beach
This delightful seaside townhouse is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and is centrally located to Brighton’s bars, restaurants, and nightlife. The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 10 guests across 3 bedrooms. It has 2 bathrooms, WiFi, and a great communal space to enjoy with close friends.
Although there is no parking at the house, there are spaces available on the seafront (just check the signs for prices). The cottage is an ideal choice for smaller hen groups looking for a cosy coastal escape.
Quirky Layout & Living Space
The front door opens directly onto the living room. The property is quirkily designed with a door under the stairs in the living room that leads down to the lower ground floor, where the kitchen/dining area is situated. In here there is a dining table that extends out to seat your group. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for self-catering, including a washing machine and appliances.
Ground Floor: On this level you can comfortably relax in the living room. There are 2 sofas, one of which converts into a sofa bed for 2 guests, and also benefits from a large wall-mounted TV. Just off the living room there is a shower room with a luxurious Rainfall Shower and WC.
Flexible Sleeping for 10 Guests
First Floor: Bedroom One sleeps 3 people. It includes twin beds and a single sofa bed that can be converted into a King size bed if required. The bathroom on this level also has a rainfall shower and WC.
Second Floor: There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, both of which sleep up to 3 guests in twin beds and a single sofa bed. These can be turned into a king size bed on request.
Location: Near Palace Pier & The Lanes
Brighton is a perfect location for a girls’ weekend away, with an extensive choice of activities near to the accommodation. A treasure hunt is a great way to explore the city. With no time restrictions, you can walk around at your leisure and search for key landmarks while answering some fun questions and maybe stop off at a bar or two en-route.
A short walk from the property is Brighton Palace Pier. Here you can spend the afternoon in the arcades, ride the rollercoasters, or simply enjoy a few drinks while taking in the sea views.
For well-earned refreshments, visit Browns for a delicious Afternoon Tea. Only a 10-minute walk from the hen house, here you can relax and enjoy this decadent dining experience.
Perfect for Pampering & Private Chefs
A hen do away with your besties wouldn’t feel complete without some pampering. A mobile therapist can visit the accommodation and help you to unwind with a facial, massage, manicure or pedicure. To accompany this, you can hire a Butler in the Buff to serve a glass or two of prosecco while you sit back and relax.
