INTRO
The Ranch is a perfect location for any weekend away – in fact, this party hen house is somewhere that offers flexibility, fun and fabulous vibes for any girls weekend. The centrepiece of the Ranch is the farmhouse, which is a gorgeous property that sleeps up to twelve guests, and there are also a selection of glamping cabins on site as well, that can be booked independently of the house (if you are looking for the glamping experience) or to expand the numbers of people who can come, as there are fifteen further beds spread across the four deluxe cabins.
This flexibility (as well as the stunning style of the property itself), means that it’s a perfect option as a party hen house, because you could build a whole hen weekend right here without having to go anywhere else! You could bring activities into the property (things like cocktail making, life drawing, dance classes etc), or you could just spend the whole weekend catching up, chatting, relaxing and having the best possible time of it.
LOCATION
The Ranch is a party hen house that is located around on the border of Bedfordshire and Herefordshire. It’s a gorgeous area, with various towns nearby for exploration, shopping or general fun. It is also only a short drive and train ride from St Pancras station, so if you want to spend a day in London as a part of your deluxe weekend away, you can do, knowing that you can still be spending your night and the rest of your weekend in the luxurious surroundings of this rustic farmhouse.
The party hen house and surrounding cabins all sit on a massive four hundred acres of farmland, so everywhere you look is just beautiful rolling fields, and if you fancy a walk at any point, there are plenty of places to explore!
KITCHEN AND DINING
Any party hen house worth it’s salt needs to offer great facilities for cooking and eating – after all, the kitchen is the centrepiece of many parties, and it doesn’t matter whether you are the sort of party who are going to cook high-end three course meals, or whether you just need somewhere that you can put frozen pizzas in the oven, the kitchen here at the Ranch has you covered. It features everything you’d want or need from a modern kitchen, all fitted into the beautiful traditional architecture and rustic charms of the building.
The dining room is also stunning, giving you plenty of room for everyone to sit down all together – in fact, you can fit fourteen people around the table all at once, so even if you have extra guests visiting, you won’t run out of space, which is always vitally important for any party hen house.

The Farmhouse has six bedrooms spread across the farmhouse building and the attached cottage, which are configured as follows:

BATHROOMS
The property contains three full bathrooms, meaning that you’ll never be lacking in space or having to queue for a mirror, always essential when you are trying to get yourselves ready for a night – whether it’s a night out or a night in!
LOUNGE
Obviously, when you are looking for a perfect party hen house, then the lounge is a vital part of it. After all, that’s where you are all going to relax, chill out, enjoy a drink and a laugh – and the good news is that the lounge and the Ranch gives you all of that and more. Comfy sofas, gorgeous armchairs, a decorative fireplace, books, board games and a TV are all there and ready for you – and there is even a ping pong table, so if you fancy a little competition, then you can see who is the best!
OUTSIDE
As mentioned, the property is set within four hundred acres of farmland, so there is plenty of outside for you to enjoy! There’s plenty of walks around the area, a huge garden if you just want to sit and relax in the sun, and even a tennis court if you fancy yourself as one of the Williams sisters.
If you’ve booked any of the cabins, you’ll find that they all come with their own fire pit bbq and private decking and garden, giving you your own space outside to enjoy yourselves. Three of the cabins also come with small private wood-fired hot tubs, to give yourselves just that little bit more luxury while relaxing and taking in the stunning views.
