Farmhouse & Glamping Festival Hen Party Venue
The Ranch is a perfect location for any weekend away – in fact, this party hen house is somewhere that offers flexibility, fun, and fabulous vibes for any girls' weekend. The centrepiece of The Ranch is the Farmhouse, which is a gorgeous property that sleeps up to twelve guests.
There is also a selection of Glamping Cabins on-site. These can be booked independently of the house (if you are looking for the glamping experience) or to expand the numbers, as there are fifteen further beds spread across the four deluxe cabins.
This flexibility means that it’s a perfect option for a "Festival Hen Do." You could build a whole hen weekend right here without having to go anywhere else! You can bring activities into the property (things like cocktail making, life drawing, dance classes, etc.), or just spend the whole weekend catching up, relaxing, and having the best possible time.
Location: Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire Border
The Ranch is located on the border of Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. It’s a gorgeous area, with various towns nearby for exploration, shopping, or general fun. It is also only a short drive and train ride from St Pancras station, so if you want to spend a day in London as a part of your deluxe weekend away, you can do so, knowing that you can still be spending your night in the luxurious surroundings of this rustic farmhouse.
The party hen house and surrounding cabins all sit on a massive **400 acres of farmland**, so everywhere you look is just beautiful rolling fields. If you fancy a walk at any point, there are plenty of places to explore!
Farmhouse Kitchen & Dining
Any party hen house worth its salt needs to offer great facilities for cooking and eating. The kitchen is the centrepiece of many parties, and it doesn’t matter whether you are the sort of party who are going to cook high-end three-course meals, or whether you just need somewhere that you can put frozen pizzas in the oven—the kitchen here has you covered.
The dining room is also stunning, giving you plenty of room for everyone to sit down all together. In fact, you can fit fourteen people around the table all at once, so even if you have extra guests visiting, you won’t run out of space.

Social Lounge & Games
The lounge is a vital part of the house. That’s where you are all going to relax, chill out, enjoy a drink and a laugh. The lounge at The Ranch gives you all of that and more. Comfy sofas, gorgeous armchairs, a decorative fireplace, books, board games, and a TV are all there and ready for you. There is even a **Ping Pong Table**, so if you fancy a little competition, you can see who is the best!
The property contains three full bathrooms, meaning that you’ll never be lacking in space or having to queue for a mirror.
Outdoor Space: Tennis Court & Hot Tubs
As mentioned, the property is set within four hundred acres of farmland. There is a huge garden if you just want to sit and relax in the sun, and even a **Tennis Court** if you fancy yourself as one of the Williams sisters.
If you’ve booked any of the cabins, you’ll find that they all come with their own fire pit BBQ and private decking. Three of the cabins also come with small private **Wood-Fired Hot Tubs**, to give yourselves just that little bit more luxury while taking in the stunning views.
