INTRO

The Stabletree is located in between Manchester and Leeds (approx. 1 hr drive from each), and sits in amongst some gorgeous Yorkshire hills, with scenery to die for. This means that you can enjoy the peace, quiet and beauty of a countryside retreat, but you don’t have to sacrifice a night out or two to get it. In fact, you’ll find it exceptionally easy to arrange for a night out in Manchester or Leeds (or both if you are feeling up to it), while still enjoying the peace and quiet of The Stabletree. Blending rustic charm with modern facilities and convenience, this Manchester Hen party Cottage is perfect for any weekend away.
KITCHEN AND DINING
A kitchen is the heart of any property – and that’s especially true of a hen party. After all, whether you are the sort of group to arrange for home cooked meals, or whether you just need somewhere to store the wine glasses and make the occasional bacon sandwich in the morning, the kitchen is somewhere that all of you will probably spend a little time. So it’s a good job that the kitchen in The Stabletree is a modern, well equipped environment with all the mod cons that you’d expect.
The dining room / lounge area has a comfortable table to ensure that any meals that need to be eaten sat down are easily catered for, as well as a large sofa for those who want to eat their food in a more relaxed manner (which, let’s be honest, may well be the case on a hen party!)
BEDROOMS
The property has three bedrooms with two differing configurations to allow plenty of bed space for all of your guests. The first bedroom offers two king sized beds, allowing four of you to fit in their comfortably with plenty of space and comfort. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds, so that brings us up to eight bed spaces in total. If you have nine or ten guests, then don’t worry as there are a couple of pull out beds available on request, which can be added to any of the bedrooms so whatever configuration you are after, you’ll be able to have.
BATHROOMS
The property has a huge unique antique bathroom complete with the type of freestanding bath that you could choose to spend hours relaxing in (as long as the rest of the girls aren’t trying to use it at the same time!) There’s also a walk in shower room as well, to make sure that everyone has the space and time to use a bathroom without having to wait for someone else to finish up.
ADDITIONAL ROOMS
There is a small living room area with a couple of chairs, perfect for relaxing, reading or chatting about anything and everything you fancy – after all, it’s always important to have somewhere where you can sit and put the world to rights. There’s also a conservatory with more comfortable seating, which is a great place to sit as you can chat, drink, entertain and also enjoy the stunning views – whatever the weather!
OUTSIDE
There is a huge amount of outdoor space at this Manchester Hen Party Cottage – if the weather is nice, I would imagine you could spend hours outside with a glass of wine, relaxing on the outdoor furniture and taking in the views, whether it’s during the day, at sunset or looking up at the stars at night. There’s also a hot tub on the premises, which is always an essential for any Manchester hen party cottage – after all, there’s nothing quite as relaxing as sinking into the warm, bubbly water and laughing with your friends as the drinks are passed around, is there?
