Rural Cottage Between Manchester & Leeds
It can be tough arranging a hen party for a medium-sized group. A lot of the party houses are for twenty-plus people, but sometimes you are planning for a smaller number of guests and still want that homely feel without being in multiple hotel rooms.
What you need is The Stabletree. This countryside retreat sleeps up to **10 guests** and is a beautiful holiday home. It gives you everything you need for a fabulous hen party: peace and quiet, but with activities and nightlife not too far away at all!
Location: Todmorden (The Best of Both Worlds)
The Stabletree is located in **Todmorden**, smack bang in between **Manchester** and **Leeds** (approx. 1 hr drive from each). It sits amongst some gorgeous Yorkshire hills with scenery to die for.
This means you can enjoy the peace, quiet, and beauty of a countryside retreat, but you don’t have to sacrifice a night out. In fact, you’ll find it exceptionally easy to arrange for a night out in Manchester or Leeds (or both if you are feeling up to it!). Blending rustic charm with modern facilities, this cottage is perfect for any weekend away.
Modern Kitchen & Social Dining
A kitchen is the heart of any property – and that’s especially true of a hen party. Whether you are the sort of group to arrange for home-cooked meals or just need somewhere to store the wine glasses, the kitchen here is perfect. It is a modern, well-equipped environment with all the mod cons you’d expect.
The dining room/lounge area has a comfortable table to ensure that any meals that need to be eaten sat down are easily catered for, as well as a large sofa for those who want to eat their food in a more relaxed manner.
Flexible Sleeping for 10 Guests
The property has three bedrooms with varying configurations to allow plenty of bed space for all of your guests.
Bedroom 1: Two King Sized beds (Sleeps 4).
Bedroom 2: Two Single beds.
Bedroom 3: Two Single beds.
Note: There are a couple of pull-out beds available on request to bring the total to 10.
Luxury Antique Bathroom
The property has a huge unique **Antique Bathroom** complete with the type of **Freestanding Bath** that you could choose to spend hours relaxing in. There’s also a walk-in shower room as well, to make sure that everyone has the space and time to use a bathroom without having to wait for someone else to finish up.
Conservatory & Living Room
There is a small living room area with a couple of chairs, perfect for relaxing, reading, or chatting. There’s also a **Conservatory** with more comfortable seating, which is a great place to sit as you can chat, drink, entertain, and also enjoy the stunning views – whatever the weather!
Garden with Hot Tub
There is a huge amount of outdoor space at this cottage. If the weather is nice, you could spend hours outside with a glass of wine, relaxing on the outdoor furniture and taking in the views.
There’s also a **Hot Tub** on the premises, which is always an essential for any hen party cottage. After all, there’s nothing quite as relaxing as sinking into the warm, bubbly water and laughing with your friends as the drinks are passed around.
