This open plan large, luxury stag and hen party house with a hot tub is ideal for groups who are planning a stag or hen weekend that mixes both entertaining at the house with hitting the city after dark to dance the night away. The property is set back from the road to give your group some privacy in this quiet suburb of Leeds. The inside is decorated to a high standard which mixes the modern with a rustic edge. The social space is the real winner here and is big enough to have some serious fun in the house. We have a fantastic range of activities that can take place within the accommodation some examples include Cheeky Butler Cocktail Masterclass, Nude Life Drawing, Mobile Pamper Treatments, psychic hen nights and a Murder Mystery night complete with real live actors and a private chef to whip you up a special 2 or 3 course meal. Location
The property is situated in Headingly which is a quiet suburb of Leeds and a short two miles cab ride to vibrant Leeds city centre. The property is set back from the road with plenty of off road parking on site means it’s not only easy to find but arriving couldn’t be easier, taking all the stress of finding a car park and hauling your luggage to your stag and hen accommodation.
The house is near to the quaint high street area with its healthy selection of both chain and independent restaurants and bars. A couple of worthy mentions among others, include the excellent Growlers American style diner with its fantastic menu of cocktails, craft beers, burgers and shakes. The stags will, no doubt appreciate the Brewdog nearby with its extensive selection of craft beers or maybe the quirky Cats Pyjamas, whose mix of Indian street food and craft beers makes for an excellent start to the evening, or end! There are plenty of fantastic bohemian styles restaurants, bars and take aways so if you’re not planning the short taxi ride into the city to dance the night away both nights, there’s still plenty to do on your doorstep.

Kitchen
An elegantly styled large kitchen with high end fixtures and fittings that come with good high quality appliances including hob, over, toaster, microwave and fridge freezer with all cutlery, crockery and glassware included along with everything else you could possibly need or expect in good quality large hen do accommodation.
Lounge
The spacious large lounge area comes with a huge corner sofa giving you all the space you need to relax together, chill out and share a drink or two or alternatively you may wish to enhance your stay at the hen do cottage and add one or more of the many hen and stag do activities that can take place in the accommodation.
Bedrooms
There are 4 bedrooms within the property spread across it’s floors and has a mixture of single, bunk and double beds to give you the most comfortable sleeping space.

The spacious dining area comes with a large dining table to seat all guests.

Two bathrooms each with fitted shower and towels and complementary toiletries are supplied.
