The Villa Nr Bath

INTRO

This gorgeous villa is situated in a beautiful rural setting in a short drive to the cities of Bath and Bristol and is an absolute gem of a property for your stag or hen do. The entire cabin can sleep up to sixteen guests and comes with its own private garden, heated swimming pool as well as a hot tub. There is ample parking for at least six cars and there are private electric gates to enter the driveway of the property. Taxi services or uber can easily find the property should you need their services to travel to Bath or Bristol or other surrounding areas.

LOCATION

Nestled in an idyllic area a short distance from Bristol and Bath, this stunning stag and hen party house is very easy to find by car and you will feel the peace and tranquillity of the area the minute you arrive. The scenic city of Bath is a mere 15 minutes away and Bristol is 25 minutes away. Both are fantastic for shopping and eating, bars, clubbing and other activities. Experience the historic spa baths that Bath has to offer or get involved in group dancing or singing. Bristol offers more shopping and a thriving nightlife. There are also several retail outlets in the area if your plan involves a day of shopping and restaurants before you party the night away. If you prefer not to travel as far as Bath or Bristol for your stay, then just a 10 -minute walk away you can visit a beautiful country pub, or visit the Golden Valley Nature Reserve. There really is so much to do here, and that’s barely even touching on the exciting hen do or stag party activities that are available for you or simply just enjoying the serenity of the swimming pool, loungers and hot tub!

INSIDE

The farmhouse style décor in blue and natural wood is divine and is constant throughout this beautiful party house. The fully equipped kitchen area which includes a beautiful large rustic table with matching benches with spaces to seat everyone in the group. This leads onto a lounge seating area with a large flat screen TV. It’s the perfect space for party games, cheeky butlers or even hire your own chef to cook up culinary delights for you and your friends. The lounge area leads onto the bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa sleeps up to 17 guests and each and every room is airy, bright and open with windows or door access to the outside of the party house. The L shape design means that every room looks out to the beautiful swimming pool, and with it all being on one floor, you can’t escape the exotic feel of the property where you are never far away from the glistening water. The 3.5 bathrooms carry a beach hut theme which complements well with the rest of the interior and the bedrooms.

The Kitchen

This beautiful space has everything you need for cooking up an absolute storm for breakfast. There is a huge fridge freezer you can keep fully stocked and all the crockery, plates, pans and glassware you will need for your stay. There is also the usual kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave.

The long dining table lends itself to being served up food pleasures by a professional chef. Its also easy to envisage the odd game of beer pong, or prosecco pong to help bounce, fizz and sparkle your party into the evening.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms with the following configuration.

• 1.1 x bunk beds
• 2.2 x king size beds, each with a single bed above accessible by ladder.
• 3.3 x king size beds, each with a single bed above accessible by ladder

All bed linen is provided and matches the blue and white soft furnishing colour scheme. The rooms have a rustic feel with the beds made from natural wood and the space is luxurious with big wide windows to view the extensive outside area. The space has been used so well to enable beds for everyone using the King bunk bed arrangements. Along with all the light that is let in through the wall of windows it doesn’t feel cramped which adds to the exotic feel of the villa.

Outside & The Pool

If the beauty of the villa doesn’t pull you in, then the exquisite heated pool, hot tub and garden area will. The outside area is breathtaking; sun beds with cushions to soak up the sun rays decorate one side of the pool and green plants sit along the other side, you’d be forgiven to believe you’re at an exotic resort. The hot tub can also be available to you and the whole garden is completely private without being overlooked by any other property.

There is a BBQ outside and a seating area so that your whole party can eat breakfast by the pool or have nibbles and bubbles as you watch the sun set.

During the day time, there is plenty of room poolside for any hen do activities such as flower crown craft making, still life drawing or maybe even some aqua aerobics action!
