Grand Manor House Set in 4 Acres
About 20 miles to the west of Norwich lies the superb Large Party House, The Victorian Villa. This stunning period farmhouse could easily be described as a manor house or even a mansion. This amazing charismatic property can sleep up to 26 guests in absolute comfort and is set in four acres of beautifully manicured grounds.
The welcome as you approach the private tree-lined driveway is akin to your stereotypical manor house you see in period dramas on TV. It comes complete with a ‘forecourt’ at the end of the drive which tells you you’ve pulled up to a quality and luxurious party house for the weekend. The large entrance arches just ooze style, class, and sophistication.
Location: Rural Norfolk Near Norwich
The Victorian Villa is easy to find and there is plenty of parking available for your group. For those groups who like to get out and about, there are plenty of little countryside hamlets and villages to explore.
Those that may miss the bright lights of a larger town or City can travel to the nearby City of **Norwich**. You can simply go out and explore the shops and visit one of the many bars and restaurants Norwich has to offer. Popular activities include Escape Rooms or, for the more adrenaline-minded groups, Go Karting, Clay Pigeon Shooting, or an Aerial Assault Course.
Tennis Courts & Hot Tub
As the Victorian Villa sits in four acres of grounds, it’s easy to imagine all the possibilities having such a large social space affords you. From lounging around in the sunshine and playing lawn games to simply getting your grill on and making use of the fabulous Barbecue facilities.
The grounds are conveniently split into sections, creating a wonderful tranquil space with plenty of garden tables and seating. The top-of-the-range **Hot Tub** is always a welcome addition. There are even **Tennis Courts** available for the sporty amongst your group!
Note: The Victorian Villa backs onto a working arable farm, so at some points of the year (for example Harvest time), you’ll hear typical farmyard sounds that give you the full countryside experience.
Games Room & Lounges
If Tennis and lawn games aren’t enough to keep you making memories, then the spacious **Games Room** has a full-size pool table where you can enjoy a frame or two.
There are two reception areas in the house, each coming with a feature **Open Fire** place. They are a great place to relax, unwind, or use as a social space to enjoy some games and activities.
Farmhouse Kitchen with Aga
The Kitchen area is large, as you would expect from a farmhouse kitchen, and comes with all the modern conveniences you would need. The stylish **Aga** makes for a fantastic feature, whilst still having the more traditional oven and hob area for your convenience. There is also a large selection of cookware, cutlery, and china to ensure you can get creative in the kitchen (or your **Private Chef** can!).
Dining for 20+ Guests
The dining area is massive, and the long dining table can fit up to 20 guests (with extra seating available), giving your group a great place to sit down and enjoy meals together. The space is simply perfect for a Cheeky Butler and Private Chef combo. The style and ambience of the dining area also makes for an amazing backdrop for a **Murder Mystery Evening**.
11 Spacious Bedrooms
The Victorian Villa has an impressive **11 spacious bedrooms**, many of which come with furniture so you can store your belongings. The 4 bathrooms ensure you’re never having to queue to ‘spend a penny’. All bed linen and towels are top quality and provided for you to use throughout your stay.
