Intro
Laying on the Northern coast of Norfolk sits this superb Party House on a corner plot in a quiet cliffside residential area near to the beaches. The Coastal Charm Party House is an architectural three story town house that sleeps up to 20 guests over the three floors and each floor is self-contained so smaller groups can enjoy this fabulous accommodation and the surrounding areas. If nightclubbing is high on your priority list, then this property is unlikely to be the one for you, but those hen parties that are planning to enjoy each others company and explore the many walks, restaurants and bars of this town as well as enjoying the accommodation, then look no further!
Location
120m to the picturesque over cliff with ice cream vendors, fish and chip shops and marvellous sea views. The Watterside bar is only 7 minutes’ walk = away, which is an amazing bar with sea views, a decent menu, good service and it’s also a live music venue, so definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area. Take the footpath down to the expansive beaches on this hidden gem, a great place to enjoy a walk along the promenade or relax with some sun sea and sand on the beach. Being so close to the water, it may come as no surprise that water sports are available which include a kite surfing lesson or Stand Up Paddleboarding if you’re feeling adventurous. However, you don’t have to go out to enjoy some hen do activity fun, as we, at the Stag and Hen Experience have a fantastic selection of in house activities to make your hen weekend even more special and the best thing is that they come to you!
Hunstanton itself is a small seaside town with a population of just over 4000 people but the town has a number of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy for your hen party. As well as a bustling high street. One big draw of the accommodation and area is nearby, although you’ll want to drive there is the famous Sandringham Estate, a favourite hangout for King Charles III and Queen Camilla. There you can visit the magnificent grounds and gardens and visit the restaurant or gift shop. Definitely worth seeing if they have any events on during your stay at the Coastal Charm Party House as they have some superb events on during the year. The Estate is open From March through to October and gives your hen party a fantastic opportunity to see this famous Royal Favourite.
The House
There are 3 self-contained units within the Coastal Charm Norfolk Party House, the Ground, Middle and the first floor. Meaning smaller groups can take a portion of the building for their hen party accommodation. Larger groups naturally get the entire building and by prior arrangement we can make one of the floors a social area with a larger social area.
The floor configuration are as follows: -
The bedrooms and floors are configured to both make the best use of the space and give your hen party maximum comfort. Over the entire property there are six bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
The Ground floor has two bedrooms, one sleeps 2 in a double bed with and ensuite bathroom and shower and bedroom 2 has a double bed and 2 single beds with and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. This room also leadsto a stylish decking area. There is also garden furniture you can use, perfect for your morning coffee or even a nightcap. The ground floor also has a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living and dining area.
The Middle Floor has an open plan kitchen and dining area. Each kitchen within the propertyincludes all the white goods and conveniences you would want for your hen party. Cutlery and glassware is also provided. There are two bedrooms on the middle floor, both with ensuite facilities. In bedroom one, there is a double bed and bedroom two had two double bunk beds.
The top floor comes with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, The Master bedroom has a double bed. The main bathroom has ah walk-in shower and bath tub, whilst and bedroom 2 has a double bed, a single bed and a king size bed.
