Seaside Party House in Hunstanton
Laying on the Northern coast of Norfolk sits this superb Party House on a corner plot in a quiet cliffside residential area near the beaches. The Coastal Charm Party House is an architectural three-story townhouse that sleeps up to 20 guests over the three floors.
Each floor is self-contained so smaller groups can enjoy this fabulous accommodation and the surrounding areas. If nightclubbing is high on your priority list, then this property is unlikely to be the one for you, but for hen parties that are planning to enjoy each other's company and explore the many walks, restaurants, and bars of this town, look no further!
Location: Near Beach & Sandringham Estate
You are just 120m to the picturesque cliff top with ice cream vendors, fish and chip shops, and marvellous sea views. The Waterside Bar is only a 7-minute walk away, which is an amazing bar with sea views, a decent menu, good service, and live music.
Take the footpath down to the expansive beaches on this hidden gem, a great place to enjoy a walk along the promenade or relax with some sun, sea, and sand. Being so close to the water, it may come as no surprise that water sports are available which include a kite surfing lesson or Stand Up Paddleboarding if you’re feeling adventurous.
**Hunstanton** itself is a small seaside town with a number of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy. One big draw nearby is the famous **Sandringham Estate**, a favourite hangout for the Royals. There you can visit the magnificent grounds and gardens. It is definitely worth seeing if they have any events on during your stay!
Three Self-Contained Apartments
There are 3 self-contained units within the Coastal Charm Norfolk Party House: the Ground, Middle, and First Floor. Meaning smaller groups can take a portion of the building for their accommodation. Larger groups naturally get the entire building.
Ground Floor Apartment
The Ground floor has two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed with en-suite bathroom and shower.
Bedroom 2: Double bed and 2 single beds with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower).
This room also leads to a stylish decking area with garden furniture, perfect for your morning coffee or even a nightcap. The ground floor also has a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living and dining area.
Middle Floor Apartment
The Middle Floor has an open plan kitchen and dining area. There are two bedrooms on this floor, both with en-suite facilities.
Bedroom 3: Double bed.
Bedroom 4: Two double bunk beds.
Top Floor Apartment
The top floor comes with an open plan kitchen, dining, and living room.
Master Bedroom: Double bed.
Bedroom 6: Double bed, single bed, and king size bed.
The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and bathtub.
