Regency Style Party House with Roof Terrace
A luxurious Regency style house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms arranged over 3 floors that comfortably sleeps 17 guests. This stunning property is peacefully tucked away down one of Brighton’s historic old lanes. Ideally located 15 minutes’ walk from the beach, it boasts great views across the city from the superb Roof Terrace.
The Colour House is beautifully furnished with a funky & fresh décor, and the overall vibe of the house fits in very well with a stag or hen do celebration. Some of the great features include a TV, DVD player, iPod dock and WiFi to give you some entertainment for any downtime during your weekend.
Flexible Sleeping for 17 Guests
There are four spacious bedrooms, and a typical configuration consists of the following:
Bedrooms 1 & 2: Sleep 3 people each, with a triple bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top).
Bedroom 3: A spacious room featuring large period windows. Sleeps 7, with 2 triple bunk beds and a sofa bed. This bedroom also benefits from a luxury en-suite shower room with WC.
Bedroom 4: Situated on the second floor with bi-fold doors to allow access to the roof terrace.
Social Living & Dining Area
The large living/dining area is an amazing and spacious social space and is perfect for gathering your closest friends together for any games you’ve decided to bring with you or to host any of our superb in-house activities. The 17-seat dining table and real flame fire add a touch of character to the space.
The fully equipped kitchen has integrated appliances including a gas oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and microwave.
There is no on-site parking; however, a limited number of on-street meters are available. The nearest NCP car park is also just 3 minutes away, and Brighton train station is less than 10 minutes’ walk.
Location: Near The Lanes & Palace Pier
Centrally located amongst some of Brighton’s most popular bars and restaurants, you will be spoilt for choice on this luxury break. From bottomless brunches to cheeky cocktails or a wild night of clubbing, Brighton has options to suit everyone.
The Lanes, Brighton’s famous shopping district, can offer some much-needed retail therapy. Here you can explore the hidden gems in this quirky yet stylish part of Brighton’s history. Brighton Palace Pier is always a fun way to spend an afternoon, with arcades and rides guaranteed to provide hours of fun.
A traditional afternoon tea is the perfect way to relax whilst enjoying the stunning sea views that Brighton has to offer. There are a number of locations that offer this service near to your accommodation. For essential supplies, Sainsbury’s, Marks and Spencer’s and Boots are all within a 5-minute walk.
Perfect for In-House Activities
