A luxurious Regency style house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms arranged over 3 floors that comfortably sleeps 17 guests. This stunning property is peacefully tucked away down one of Brighton’s infamous old lanes. Ideally located 15 minutes’ walk from the beach with great views across the city from the superb roof terrace.
The Colour house is beautifully furnished with a funky & fresh décor, and the overall vibe of the house fits in very well with a stag or hen do celebration. Some of the great features include a TV, DVD player, iPod dock and WiFi to give you some entertainment for any downtime during your weekend.
There are four spacious bedrooms, and a typical configuration consists of the following:- Two of the bedrooms sleep 3 people, each with a triple bunk bed. The spacious third bedroom features large period windows and sleeps 7, with 2 triple bunk beds and a sofa bed. This bedroom also benefits from a luxury en-suite shower room with WC. The fourth bedroom is situated on the second floor with bi-fold doors to allow access to the roof terrace. The triple bunk beds comprise of a double bed with a single above.
The large living/dining area is an amazing and spacious social space and is perfect for gathering your closest friends together for any games you’ve decided to bring with you or to ost any of or superb in house activities. The 17-seat dining table and real flame fire adds a touch of character to the space.
The fully equipped kitchen has integrated appliances including a gas oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave.
There is no on-site parking, however a limited number of on street meters are available. The nearest NCP car park is also just 3 minutes away, and Brighton train station is less than 10 minutes’ walk.
Centrally located amongst some of Brighton’s most popular bars and restaurants, you will be spoilt for choice on this luxury break. From bottomless brunches to cheeky cocktails or a wild night of clubbing, Brighton has options to suit everyone.
For essential supplies, Sainsbury’s, Marks and Spencer’s and Boots are all within a 5-minute walk.
A traditional afternoon tea is the perfect way to relax whilst enjoying the stunning sea views that Brighton has to offer. There are a number of locations that offer this service near to your accommodation.
