This spacious three-bedroom hen party house is spread over 3 floors and been carefully designed and remodelled and the result strikes the perfect balance between making the best use of space and comfort. With spacious rooms throughout, this city centre townhouse is perfect for smaller groups of up to 8 people. The property benefits from overlooking one of Brighton’s many beautiful open green spaces which give your group the perfect place to unwind after a late night out to have a picnic or simply do a bit of people watching. The inside of the property is decorated in a stylish and modern way with a warm colour scheme throughout accented with a splash of colour that brings the houses features to life. The social space gives your group the perfect opportunity to add on some of our in-house stag and hen activities that are hosted in the house. Some examples include Psychic Hen Night and a Cheeky Butler Cocktail Masterclass.

Location

This amazing stag and hen party house is very near to the fashionable Hanover and North Laine areas of Brighton. A short stroll from the property will bring you to the epic Caroline of Brunswick, a fantastic alternative bar which hosts live music and comedy shows. If you fancy some retail therapy a little further along the same road you’ll find The Open Market which is well worth a visit with 45 independent retailers and eateries as well as some artists’ studios among its bohemian offerings, for the vegans among you, they have a superb vegan market once a month. As you exit the other side of the market you’ll find yourself in a small high street which has both independent retailers, cafes, restaurants and high street brands, which means you’ll never have to run out of stag and hen do supplies.

Finding the property couldn’t be easier, for those members of the group who are planning on leaving their car at home, the train station is very close by. Should you prefer to drive there are some surface car parks and paid on street parking available.

The House

Kitchen and Dining Area

The decent sized kitchen area is decorated in a modern monochrome colour scheme and comes fully fitted with good quality appliances that include double oven, hob, microwave, kettle and all cutlery, crockery and glassware for your group to use. The area also incudes the dining space with a table and chairs.

Lounge

The stylish lounge area is found on the ground floor with comfy chairs and a sofa. The sofa pulls out to give an additional double bed for the seventh and eighth guest if needed.

Bedrooms

All beds are of good hotel quality and bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. The room configuration is as the below.

The first floor has 2 good sized bedrooms each one has a twin bed which can be converted to a double bed.

The second floor has the 3rd bedroom with a twin.

Bathroom

There are two bathrooms in the house, one on the first floor and the other on the second floor. Bathroom 1 has a separate shower unit and bathroom 2 has a bath and a separate shower unit.
