INTRO

LOCATION
The Plush Newcastle Party House is a short walk away from the shops and quaint little coffee shops of Tynemouth. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the town and no trip is complete without trying the local fish and chips. Newcastle city centre is only 20 minutes by taxi if you want to seek out the bright lights and nightlife or want to partake in any of the activities on offer that are further afield from your accommodation. There are several car park spaces on site for all your party’s vehicles and there are several bus routes which stop just by Tanners Bank to take you in any direction you want to visit. Just 18 minutes’ walk away is the beautiful English Heritage site of Tynemouth Castle – one to remember if you need to walk off a hangover at any point over your stay! There is also a nearby Metro station that provides access to nearby towns and cities.
INSIDE
When you first walk in, you will be blown away by the beautifully designed modern living area. With its open plan style and high ceilings, effective lighting and impressive long dining table. This Newcastle Party house lends itself perfectly to a night full of party games or Prosecco Pong and Karoake! With space like this why not arrange some nude life drawing (model and teacher can of course be supplied!), Body Painting, or simply dance and sing the night away into the early hours!
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your weekend. There’s a coffee machine to start your days off with a hit of caffeine, and a champagne bucket to layer with ice when you’re ready to start with the fizz. There is a huge American style fridge freezer (with ice and cold water facilities) to fill with yummy goodies for your stay and even a separate wine fridge for bottles, so your bubbles will always be cold. The kitchen opens up flawlessly to the dining area which makes it a perfect opportunity to hire a personal chef to cook you up a treat and Cheeky Butlers to serve and keep you topped up while you can prioritise the hen’s entertainment for the weekend!
DINING
The dining area has a rustic feel with natural brick along one side and complemented by fine carpentry with a beautifully crafted coffee table. A magnificent wooden dining table runs the length of the room which can’t help but project an image of Beer Pong or a Murder Mystery Night.
BEDROOMS
On the top floor is 3 bedrooms sleeping a total of ten stags or hens. Each bedroom with en suite bathroom has its own unique style; a theme of jungle animals can certainly be spotted throughout in the most unusual places! The main floor boats two master bedrooms with corresponding bathrooms and walk in closets. The showcasing feature is most certainly the beautifully pink decorated communal salon style dressing room aptly named ‘The Powder Room’. This room consists of six mirror stations with hairdryers – perfect for getting ready A-list style! We know the stags are going to love it just as much as the hens!
BATHROOMS
With the Powder room and bathrooms attached to every one of the five bedrooms; you won’t need to worry about queueing or waiting for mirror time when you’re getting ready. There is even a sixth toilet facility on the main floor leading off from the living area for your complete convenience.
Towels and bathing robes are available for every guest for your complete comfort. Why head out to a spa when you can arrange for the spa and treatments to come to you?
GARDEN
Last and certainly not least, another impressive feature of this wonderful property is the stunning outdoor space. At one end stands a barbecue station and in the middle is a spacious private seating area. A firepit takes centre stage on the table and two hot tubs sit side by side undercover at the other end of the decking. Foliage surrounds the whole outside ensuring your complete privacy. To compliment this wooden decking area, what party would be complete without surrounding speakers and disco lights! The mood lighting can meld into several spectacular colours, and is all centrally controlled by a smart hub for your luxury and enjoyment.
