Luxury Villa with Heated Swimming Pool
This gorgeous villa is situated in a beautiful rural setting a short drive to the cities of Bath and Bristol and is an absolute gem of a property for your stag or hen do. The entire country house is for your exclusive use.
The standout feature is the **Heated Swimming Pool** and **Hot Tub**, set into the patio area along with deck chairs and sun loungers. It makes for the perfect social hub as you relax and watch the sun setting from the comfort of your villa. There is ample parking for at least six cars and private electric gates to enter the driveway.
Location: Between Bath & Bristol
Nestled in an idyllic area a short distance from Bristol and Bath, this stunning party house is very easy to find. The scenic city of **Bath** is a mere 15 minutes away and **Bristol** is 25 minutes away.
Both are fantastic for shopping, eating, bars, and clubbing. Experience the historic spa baths that Bath has to offer or get involved in Bristol's thriving nightlife. If you prefer not to travel as far, just a 10-minute walk away you can visit a beautiful country pub or the **Golden Valley Nature Reserve**. There really is so much to do here, and that’s barely even touching on the exciting activities available!
L-Shaped Design & Pool Views
The farmhouse-style décor in blue and natural wood is divine. The villa sleeps up to 17 guests and the unique L-shape design means that every room looks out to the beautiful swimming pool. With it all being on one floor, you can’t escape the exotic feel of the property where you are never far away from the glistening water.
The lounge area features a large flat-screen TV and leads onto the bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s the perfect space for party games, Cheeky Butlers, or even hiring your own chef to cook up culinary delights.
Rustic Kitchen & Dining
This beautiful space has everything you need for cooking up an absolute storm for breakfast. There is a huge fridge freezer you can keep fully stocked and all the crockery, plates, pans, and glassware you will need.
The long dining table lends itself to being served up food pleasures by a professional chef. It is also easy to envisage the odd game of **Beer Pong** or Prosecco Pong to help bounce, fizz, and sparkle your party into the evening.
Flexible Sleeping (Quirky Layout!)
There are three bedrooms with a unique configuration to maximise space:
Bedroom 1: 1 x Bunk Bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: 2 x King size beds, each with a single bed above accessible by ladder (Sleeps 6)
Bedroom 3: 3 x King size beds, each with a single bed above accessible by ladder (Sleeps 9)
The rooms have a rustic feel with beds made from natural wood. The space has been used so well to enable beds for everyone using the King/Bunk arrangements. Along with all the light that is let in through the wall of windows, it doesn’t feel cramped.
The 3.5 bathrooms carry a beach hut theme which complements the rest of the interior perfectly.
The Pool & Garden Oasis
If the beauty of the villa doesn’t pull you in, then the exquisite **Heated Pool**, **Hot Tub**, and garden area will. The outside area is breathtaking; sun beds with cushions to soak up the sun rays decorate one side of the pool and green plants sit along the other side. You’d be forgiven for believing you’re at an exotic resort!
There is a BBQ outside and a seating area so that your whole party can eat breakfast by the pool or have nibbles and bubbles as you watch the sun set.
