LOCATION

Easy to reach by rail or road, Cardiff is quite the destination to discover. It is the capital and largest city of Wales and is Britain’s wettest city, but don’t let that put you off everything Cardiff has to offer. The city has an abundance of history, culture, nature and nightlife. You can travel by foot, car, bus or boat to see what treasures await; get behind the scenes of the city’s well-known breweries, distilleries or vineyards. If it is shopping, you’re after; Cardiff has it all – large shopping centres, high street favourites, individual stores and a thriving indoor market. The gem of Cardiff’s retail scene is the Edwardian and Victorian arcades, full of independent boutiques and cafes; well worth a visit for the grand architecture it boasts. Cardiff is a world class sporting city and in recent years has developed a fine reputation as such. It continues to attract major international events, and in 2028, Cardiff will proudly host the 2028 UEFA euros as part of a five nation partnership across the UK and Ireland. Cardiff also hosts world class entertainment in its arenas, theatre halls, stadiums and independent music venues. You will not be disappointed choosing Cardiff as your hen party location!

INSIDE

Simple and unpretentious, this lovely accommodation really has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It opens up from a communal doorway which also feeds up to the duplex flat above (which can be rented separately or as one entire property). A cream and white décor keeps a light and airy feel to the rooms, and if you need extra beds there is ample room to accommodate for more sleeping hens or stags if you require. The bathroom is pristine white and contains a toilet, wash basin, bath and in-bath shower. White tiling on the walls and contrasting large grey tiles cover the floor. The living room has big comfy sofas to seat everyone and the walls are adorned with artistic prints to get the conversation flowing. There is also a large flat screen TV for when everyone is feeling jaded from the late night and all sit down for a morning movie while someone gets the bacon rolls on the go. From here leads into a dear little terraced outdoor area. There is a set of table and chairs and plenty of room to sit and chat over your morning tea or coffee as you plan what lays in wait for the bride to be and the day ahead. Artificial grass lines the ground so if your feet will forgive you if you forget to bring your slippers! This enchanting little outside area is private and all enclosed but catches the sun nicely on a summer’s day. This Cardiff Party house is all about the fun and lends itself perfectly to a night full of party games or dancing and singing, before hitting the city lights.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your weekend. It will be easily enough to stock up on supplies being so central to shops in Cardiff, so no excuse not to make sure you can cook up some fine meals. There are two fridge freezers you can keep fully stocked with soft drinks or bubbles and all the crockery, plates, pans and glassware you will need for your stay. There is a kettle, an air fryer, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave all positioned to make this space user friendly in its effortless design.

BEDROOMS

There are four single divan beds in the first bedroom, and there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate more if required. The beauty of so much freedom in this room means this lovely hen house property is great for a large party especially if you are on a budget. The second bedroom has another two single beds and double bed, plus more sofa beds depending on your numbers. Navy soft furnishings contrast well with the white décor of the rest of the room. Blinds on the windows to keep the light out and fresh crisp linen will all contribute to make sure you have a restful night’s sleep once you are ready to lay your head for the night.

OUTSIDE

The outside area is small, but provides that much needed fresh air break that a party house needs. Whether its sat in the morning chatting over a coffee and welcoming in the day, or nibbles and pre dinner drinks while you all chat and laugh into the evening before hitting the town’s promising bars and clubs.
