Luxury Party House with Pool & Hot Tub
Devon is a magnificent part of the country, largely untouched by urban sprawl. Along with much of the West Country, Devon takes the saying ‘getting away from it all’ and packages it all up and delivers it with aplomb. With wonderful scenery, expansive beaches, and rugged coastline, it has all the key ingredients to deliver you a stag or hen party you’ll never forget.
This Devon hen do accommodation has plenty of chic features that are guaranteed to make your celebration fantastic. There’s an excellent top-of-the-range Hot Tub and a free-standing Swimming Pool, giving you a fantastic area to relax. There’s a gaming console and a table football table for when your group fancies getting competitive, as well as a large field if you want to enjoy some lawn games. There are even stables on-site, which would be perfect if you fancy a horse riding lesson as part of your package.
Location: Rural North Devon
Despite being in a rural location, there are plenty of things to do and see both at the house and the surrounding villages. For starters, there is a **Country Pub** only 150 yards away which serves as a great place to call your ‘local’ for your weekend away.
There are activity centres within driving distance which offer some fantastic activities. Popular options include a Total Wipeout style water assault course, Coasteering, High Ropes Course, Kayaking, Surfing, and the hilarious Inflatable Waterpark.
For the sun worshippers, the glorious **Westward Ho!** North Devon beach is only a short 20-minute drive away. There, you’ll be able to set up camp and enjoy a day on the beach or take a stroll. As you would expect in a seaside town, there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area to keep you fed and watered.
Open Plan Living & Games Area
The kitchen area is big and features a central island. Its rustic styled cupboards are punctuated by a large American-style fridge freezer, perfect for storing your supplies and all-important beers and prosecco.
This large open-plan space includes a dining area and some sofas so you can keep the designated cook within the group refreshed and in good company. There are double doors leading out to the well-manicured garden. There's also a TV and PlayStation 3 if you fancy some gaming action as well as a **Table Football** table for when things get competitive.

Bedroom 1: Twin room with en-suite (shower over bath).
Bedroom 2: Twin plus bunk bed with en-suite (shower over bath).

Bedroom 6: Ground floor bedroom with a King and single bed and en-suite shower room.
In-House Activities
The large lounge area is the perfect shape to host your stag or hen do and has corner sofas along 3 walls. A wall-mounted TV and log burner decorate the 4th wall making movie nights comfortable.
Alternatively, the lounge area makes an ideal space for hosting any of our amazing in-house activities. Some of our popular ones include a **Comedy Roast**, where a professional comedian comes to the property to roast the stag (or hen). You can create your own scent with **Perfume Making** or enjoy a **Murder Mystery** evening with live professional actors.
