Within touching distance of Brighton’s beautiful beachfront, this 3 storey, 4 bedroom townhouse is filled with character and retro charm and also includes a luxurious 7 seater hot tub. Sleeping 18 people in 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, this house is perfectly spacious for large Brighton hen dos to celebrate their upcoming wedding with all their friends. The house is in the vibrant district of Kemptown, where there are plenty of bars, eateries and vintage shops to explore. The stunning beach and Brighton’s iconic pier are also just a short walk away.
Location:
Being very central, you won’t have to travel far to find some great hen party activities in Brighton. Some of our most popular options include an Escape Room, which is a great way to spend an afternoon solving clues and puzzles and other challenges to escape a themed room, will you make it out in time? The Dreamboys will always guarantee Hen groups a fantastic night out! Enjoy one of the most popular male strip shows out there. They promise to kick your night off with a bang and are very popular with Brighton hen dos! Both these activities are within easy walking distance of your accommodation making it easy to get out and celebrate in the city. For a girlie shopping day, there are the Lanes to explore, with an assortment of vintage shops down the quaint cobbled streets. For sophisticated refreshments, there are a few vintage tea rooms where you can sample an Afternoon Tea or simply enjoy a coffee while watching the world go by. Other very popular Hen experiences in this destination are activities such as karaoke, nude life-drawing or a Lip-Sync battle. Great for team-building, ice-breaking or simply having a good time, each of these provide an ideal opportunity to spend quality time together doing something a little bit different.
Although the house does not have private parking, metered bays can be found on the seafront, and there is a 24-hour car park close by.
The House:
The most unique feature of this house is the enclosed outside terrace. Here you will find a luxurious hot tub that comfortably seats 7 people. There is also seating on the terrace so that everybody can sit together and enjoy a glass or fizz or two. The terrace also features a stunning jungle-themed floor to ceiling mural, which is certainly eye-catching and adds to the ambiance of the weekend!
Ground Floor:
There are 2 bedrooms on this floor. Saucily titled, the Vintage Vixens Room sleeping 4 in two bunk beds, and the Sirens Suite, which sleeps 3 in a triple bunk bed. There are French doors in this room that open out onto the terrace.
The first bathroom is situated on this floor, and features a bath with an overhead shower, as well as a wash basin and toilet.
First Floor:
The gorgeous open plan lounge area has a ceramic marble dining table and cushioned benches that seats 18 people. This room is decorated with a quirky steam punk design, there is also a double sofa bed and large flat screen TV with Blu-Ray sound bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need during your stay, including an oven and dishwasher. All bed linen and towels are provided.
Second Floor:
The largest bedroom is on this floor. The Hello Sailor Room sleeps 7 in 1 triple bunk bed and 2 sets of single bunk beds. The final bedroom is distinctively titled the Dolly Dazzle Room. It sleeps 2 guests in a double bed.
The second bathroom is on this floor, and has a large walk-in shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and toilet.

The house is perfectly designed for your group to host your own activities. You could invite a mobile mixologist to shake up some delicious cocktails. Or why not hire a Private Chef?
