Within touching distance of Brighton’s beautiful beachfront, this 3-storey, 4-bedroom townhouse is filled with character and retro charm and also includes a luxurious 7-seater hot tub. Sleeping 14 people in 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, this house is perfectly spacious for large Brighton hen dos to celebrate their upcoming wedding with all their friends.
Location: Kemptown & Beachfront
The house is in the vibrant district of Kemptown, where there are plenty of bars, eateries, and vintage shops to explore. The stunning beach and Brighton’s iconic pier are also just a short walk away. Being very central, you won’t have to travel far to find some great hen party activities.
Some of our most popular options include an Escape Room or a visit to The Dreamboys, which guarantees hen groups a fantastic night out! Both these activities are within easy walking distance of your accommodation making it easy to get out and celebrate in the city.
For a girlie shopping day, there are The Lanes to explore, with an assortment of vintage shops down the quaint cobbled streets. For sophisticated refreshments, there are a few vintage tea rooms where you can sample an Afternoon Tea or simply enjoy a coffee while watching the world go by.
Jungle Terrace with Hot Tub
The most unique feature of this house is the enclosed outside terrace. Here you will find a luxurious Hot Tub that comfortably seats 7 people. There is also seating on the terrace so that everybody can sit together and enjoy a glass of fizz or two. The terrace also features a stunning jungle-themed floor-to-ceiling mural, which is certainly eye-catching and adds to the ambiance of the weekend!
Open Plan Living & Dining
The gorgeous open plan lounge area has a ceramic marble dining table and cushioned benches that seat 14 people. This room is decorated with a quirky steam punk design. There is also a double sofa bed and large flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray sound bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need during your stay, including an oven and dishwasher.
Themed Bedrooms (Sleeps 14)
Ground Floor:
Vintage Vixens Room: Sleeps 4 in two bunk beds.
Sirens Suite: Sleeps 2 in a double four-poster queen bed. There are French doors in this room that open out onto the terrace.
Second Floor:
Hello Sailor Room: Sleeps 6 with a beautiful king-size 4 poster and 2 additional bunk beds.
Dolly Dazzle Room: Sleeps 2 guests in a double bed.
