Arranged over four stories, this property is designed with style and elegance in mind. A 15 minute walk to Brighton’s award winning beach, this stunning house is perfect for a girl’s weekend away.
Beautifully decorated with a cosy and fresh feel, there is plenty of room both inside and outside, with a patio that can be accessed from the kitchen and a roof terrace with breathtaking views.
Please note this property only welcomes hens, sorry lads!
House:
This house sleeps a maximum of 12 hens and is laid out as follows:
First Floor
Bedroom One - Sleeps 1 in a small double bed.
Bedroom Two - Sleeps 4 in 1 set of single bunk beds and 2 single beds. This room has a CD/MP3 player.
Bedroom Three - Sleeps 2 in a double bed. It also has an en suite shower room with wash basin and WC.
Half Landing
There is a family bathroom situated here, incorporating a bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC.
Second Floor
Bedroom Four - Sleeps 2 in twin beds.
Bedroom Five - Sleeps 3 in a double bed and a single bed. This room also has an en suite shower room with a wash basin and WC.
The communal spaces are laid out across both the Ground Floor and Lower Ground Floor.
Lower Ground Floor
This floor boasts a large fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats 12. There is a wall-mounted TV and iPod docking station for all your entertainment needs. On this floor there is also a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The patio can be accessed through double doors from the kitchen and has a table that can seat 6.
Ground Floor
Here you will find the living area, featuring 2 sofas that seat a total of 6 people, as well as a TV, DVD player and surround sound system. This floor also has a cloak room, with a coat rack and WC.
Location:
There is no parking available at the property, but there is the Regency Square car park and metered parking close by. Alternatively, Brighton train station is just a 15 minute walk from the house.
For a fun activity during your stay, the i360 is the best way to enjoy views across Brighton at over 500ft high. To continue the fun, the arcades at Brighton Palace Pier provide hours of entertainment.
For a bit of retail therapy, you can lose yourself in the infamous lanes. There are plenty of vintage and modern shops in which you can have some much needed retail therapy.
Browns is the perfect venue in Brighton to relax and enjoy an afternoon tea. Located just a 10 minute walk from the property, this gorgeous brasserie is the ideal place to enjoy some sweet treats.
