Luxury Townhouse in Central Brighton
Decorated to a very high standard that would make luxury hotels jealous, this corner terrace hen party house is the perfect base for your Brighton hen do. The overall style of the interior will suit hen dos that are after a touch of class and sophistication.
Large airy and spacious rooms throughout, accented with a luxury monochrome colour scheme, ensure you and your guests are comfortable and feeling in great shape for your weekend ahead. The accommodation also has the advantage of having enough space to entertain at the house. We have a number of fantastic hen do activities that can come to you, including Mobile pamper treatments, Nude Life drawing, Cheeky Cocktail Masterclass and an amazing Murder Mystery night complete with real actors and a private chef.
Location: Near i360 & Western Road
This hen party accommodation is only a short 10 minutes’ walk to Brighton beach and the amazing **British Airways i360**, which offers 360-degree panoramic views over Brighton as it rises slowly to 450 feet in the air. You can even enjoy a drink in its sky bar—a fantastic experience! There are a number of chain and independent bars and restaurants within walking distance, so you’ll never have too far to get back to your luxury hen do party house.
For those members of the group who would like to partake in a little retail therapy, there are several options. Seconds away from the house is the main high street shopping area, **Western Road**, which has all the brands you’d typically find. If you’re looking for something a little more bespoke, a little further away you’ll find the famous **Lanes Market** and its mazy cobbled streets that are packed with bohemian boutiques and other artisan shops.
Open Plan Lounge & Dining
The lounge and dining area serves as an amazing social space that your group can definitely make use of. The extra-large comfy sofa is easily able to seat your whole group of hens, and the large smart TV is perfect for viewing during any quiet time throughout your hen weekend.
The dining area has seating for everyone ensuring you can all eat sat together. It is perfect if you want a private chef to come over and serve you up something special.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Perfect for groups of up to 10 people, this fully decked kitchen has all the appliances and white goods your group would need throughout the weekend. All cutlery, crockery, and glassware is also provided for your convenience.
Spacious Bedrooms (Hens Only)
The bedrooms are spacious and decorated to a high standard—and that’s why only hens are allowed to stay here (no boys!). High-quality linens and towels are provided for all hens.

Bedroom 4: 2 Double beds. This is the star of the show as it has an en-suite shower room and toilet, so best let the hen and maid of honour have this one!
