Luxury Farmhouse Cottage with Hot Tub
The Paddock Two is a stunning cottage style stag and hen do accommodation. This traditional styled accommodation comes with everything a stag or hen weekend could possibly need for their weekend away. The peaceful countryside offers a fantastic backdrop for your celebration.
This excellent farmhouse cottage is located in the heart of the Derbyshire Dales. The whole space is entirely your own and is completely private, with some added shared facilities with nearby cottages on-site. The outside is enclosed with stone walling, a gate for security, and plenty of room for parking.
This stunning accommodation sleeps up to ten guests. It’s the perfect base to discover the surrounding areas or take one of the picturesque walks that are on offer right from your doorstep. The nearest City is **Derby** which is a little over 14 miles away and further on you have **Nottingham**, which is an hour's drive away. Just because you’re celebrating in the countryside doesn’t mean there’s little to do; we have a whole host of fantastic activities that can come to the property for you to enjoy.
Location: Rural Derbyshire Dales
Located deep in the folding landscape of the Derbyshire Dales, this impressive party house accommodation is easy to reach by car. There are plenty of little farm shops to be found should you wish to taste the local produce freshly grown, and the charming little grey stone village of **Kniveton** is only a short walk away.
The market town of **Ashbourne** is a short drive from your accommodation. In Ashbourne, you will find restaurants, coffee shops, some high street favourites, and artisan stores. This is an ideal location for visiting attractions in and around the southern part of the Peak District; both Chatsworth House and Alton Towers are easy to reach by car. **Carsington Water** is situated a mile away, where you will be able to hire cycles or choose a myriad of walking paths to explore.
Open Plan Living & Dining
This quaint little cottage is furnished well. The open plan living area with the kitchen, lounge, and diner are all on the ground floor. There is WiFi throughout the accommodation and there is a laundry room and a games room for shared use with the neighbouring property.
The large lounge area is divided from the kitchen and dining space using a difference in flooring choice. Soft plush carpet characterizes the living areas, whilst tiled flooring is used for the kitchen. A long wooden table takes up the space in the kitchen, lending itself perfectly to inviting a **Private Chef** to cook up a delicious meal for you in-house.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to delight your guests if you are planning to cook up food in the cottage. There is an integrated fridge freezer and all the crockery, plates, pans, and glassware you will need. There is a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, hob, and microwave all positioned on the countertop for ease of use.
4 Themed Bedrooms (Sleeps 10)
This accommodation really makes great use of having beds that can be doubles or split into singles to ensure everyone can have their own bed if required. There are four bedrooms with the following configuration:

All bed linen is provided, and each bedroom has its own unique design. Two of the bedrooms have a gorgeous design feature with authentic stone walling behind the headboards.
Shared Games Room
The Paddock Two also benefits from having access to a well-stocked **Games Room**. Your group can enjoy Snooker, Pool, Billiards, Table Tennis, Table Football, and Air Hockey. More than enough to keep even the largest of stag or hen dos entertained! Please note the games room area is shared between the three cottages on site.
Garden with Hot Tub & Fire Pits
There are two fire pits within the enclosed gardens of this lovely property. There is garden furniture decorating the patio decking and a feature chiminea should you need it in the evenings.
The charming **Hot Tub** is available for your use year-round – laze around and enjoy some bubbles in the sun, or sit back and watch the starlit sky above with an uninterrupted view. There is a lovely, grassed area for ball games or other play.
