This luxury hen party house has been carefully remodelled and organised to cater for large groups. Being a large stag and hen do accommodation, your group not only benefits from the abundance of nearby attractions and buzzing nightlife, but the house itself can play host to a number of activities.

The large kitchen and diner on the lower floor would play perfect host to a Private Chef, who’ll come in and prepare a delicious 2 or 3 course meal for you and your group. You can enhance the experience even further by being waited on hand and foot by one of our semi-naked butlers or even run a Murder Mystery evening with live actors alongside your sumptuous meal.

Situated in fashionable Kemptown, this property benefits from being a very short walk from the Old Steine gardens which is perfect for relaxing after a heavy night on the town. Settle down in this beautiful city centre park and enjoy the sunshine, have a picnic and people watch.

As mentioned earlier, you are so close to Brighton's famous Palace Pier which is always worth a visit, especially if you want to have some fun at the amusements. There are also plenty of eateries and bars nearby to explore.

Those seeking some retail therapy will find many independent retailers throughout the city along with your traditional high street names. The cobbled streets of the renowned The Lanes and its huge selection of bohemian retailers are always worth a visit.

Bedroom 1: Large spacious room with a double and single bunk and a standard bunk (comfortably sleeps 5).
Bedroom 2: On the second floor, this room has 2 singles.
Bedroom 3: Also on the second floor, spacious room with 3 single beds.
Bedroom 4: A single room on the third floor. There is also a cube bed available that can be used here or moved.
Bedroom 5: 2 single beds.
There are also sofa beds available in the lounge area.

Bathrooms

There are 3 shower rooms with one on the 1st floor and 2 on the second floor, which is perfect for minimizing any waiting around when you’re all eager to get out and enjoy the city.
