Walk outside the front door of this charming townhouse you’ll see Brighton’s famous pier so you couldn’t be closer to all the attractions and activities that Brighton City centre has to offer. One you arrive you’ll be greeted by an eye-catching exterior, painted with a lovely shade of blue whilst inside you’ll find a modern trendy stylish interior decorated with luxury in mind. This luxury hen party house has been carefully remodelled and organised to cater for large groups. Being a large stag and hen do accommodation your group not only benefits from the abundance of nearby attractions and buzzing nightlife, but the stag and hen party house itself can play host to a number of activities for you and your group. The large kitchen and diner on the lower floor would play perfect host to a private chef, who’ll come in and prepare a delicious 2 or 3 course meals for you and your group, you can enhance the experience even further by being waited on hand and foot by one of our semi naked butlers or even run a Murder Mystery evening with live actors alongside your sumptuous meal. Your choices for in house entertainment doesn’t end there with our excellent Nude Life drawing, Psychic hen nights, mobile pamper sessions and mobile cocktail masterclasses also proving popular with our groups.
Location
Situated in fashionable Kemptown this property benefits from being a very short walk from the Old Steine gardens which is perfect for relaxing after a heavy night on the town. Settle down in this beautiful city centre park and enjoy the sunshine, have a picnic and people watch. As mentioned earlier, you are so close to Brighton's famous pier which is always worth a visit, especially of you want to have some fun at the amusement, there are also plenty of eateries and a bar/restaurant for you to explore.
Those seeking some retail therapy will find many independent retailers throughout the city along with your traditional high street names. The cobbled streets of the renowned Lanes Market and its huge selection of bohemian retailers are always worth a visit.
As you’d probably expect there is a plethora pf both independent and chain bars. Pubs and restaurants both on your doorstep and scattered around the city, which makes having great night out very easy indeed.

With a large dining area, this space is perfect for eating together or alternatively use the large dining table to play any games you have planned, not to mention opening up the opportunity of in house entertainment coming and entertaining you at the property. Simply put its a amazing social space.

Bedroom 1 – Large spacious room with a double and single bunk and a standard bunk that comfortable sleeps 5 comfortably.
Bedroom 2 – On the second floor this room has 2 singles
Bedroom 3 – The last of the bedrooms on the second floor is a spacious room with 3 single beds
Bedroom 4 – Is a single room on the third floor, there is also a cube bed available in this room that can be used here or moved to another room.
Bedroom 5 – 2 single bed in this room.
There are also sofa beds available to make the best use of available space in this fantastic stag and hen party house.

There are 3 shower rooms with one on the 1st floor and 2 on the second floor, which is perfect for minimalizing any waiting around when you’re all eager to get out and enjoy the City.
