When you arrive at Sunset Serenade, you’ll be welcomed by a large traditional farmhouse with plenty of on-site parking. However, appearances can be deceiving! As soon as you enter the property, you’ll experience the magic of its interior and the party vibe it will add to your weekend.

During the daytime, there’s a wealth of activities for stag and hen parties to enjoy, with Escape Rooms, High Ropes courses, and the hilarious Cocktail Making Masterclasses. And, of course, there’s the ever-popular **York Racecourse**, which is a fantastic day out and a great excuse to get dressed up.

Outside the Sunset Serenade are the impressive grounds, and these gardens are as much ‘a star of the show’ as the house itself. This large and well-maintained area is very secluded and surrounded by fallow fields and a very funky feature wall, giving your group **Maximum Privacy**.
There is a large raised **Covered Decking Area** with plenty of seating in which you can relax or party. There’s also a large brick-built **Barbecue** on the decking area available for you to use if you fancy some alfresco grilling, and the handy nearby bar area means you won’t have to go far to keep your glasses topped up. During the cooler hours of the evening, **Fire Pits** are available for you to use to keep the party going.
Games Room & Outdoor Fun
If your stag or hen do fancies having a mixed games tournament, then there is an outside table tennis table. Inside, there is a superbly decorated **Games Room** which includes a **Pool Table** and an **Arcade Machine** to enjoy during your stay.
Social Living & Dining
There is so much social space large enough to host any number of activities to entertain you and your group. The comfortable lounge area comes complete with a large TV and full package that includes the all-important **Sky Sports** channels so you can get together for the big match.
The kitchen is spacious and comes fully loaded so that even one of our professional **Private Chefs** can come in and create a delicious two or three-course meal in a style of your choosing. It comes equipped with all the appliances that you could possibly need, from white goods like a washing machine and dishwasher to the toasters and kettles for your early morning caffeine hit.
